Had admitted my father for Covid-19 treatment. Treatment was satisfactory. In 10 days my father got fully recovered.Overall, its one of the good hospital in city where the cost of treatment is very reasonable.However, ground level staff need some training & improvement. They keep the sound of Halter machine at full volume. Most of the time they are found watching movies & playing games on mobile in ward & ICU.You need to constantly follow-up with the reception/desk person for the timely delivery of food to patient. But overall the hospital is good considering the coat of treatment.

One of the most inhuman behaviour of Nurses, Security Guard of this hospital. Only Dr. A.K.Singh(owner of this hospital) is good as medical knowledge else he is also behaved very rudely against patent relatives when ask any questions about his/her health. All health care staff wants no one ask any queries regarding his patent any time.

This hospitals nursing facility is not better. It requires strengthening and monitoring. Utmost attention is given on cleanness. Very neat and clean hospital. Like other hospitals this hospital also wants to retain admitted patient without reason. My patient was retained additional two days by delaying in MRI, though Dr. has advised and my patient was also in normal condition. Security services are excellent. Lower income group can not afford as its charges are very high. For example ICU charge for one day is Rs.9700/-(bed, doctor and nursing nothingelse, even water for patient is also to be provided by you. Suggestions 1. Improvement in nursing services 2. Professional attitude in services.

The doctors and the staff are very well spoken, im department is very good, specialy Dr Manish Sir is well versed and very good at diagnosis,duty doctors help you at every possible need,specialy Dr Sreyash. They have all kinds of basic lab and radio diag,the best thing about the hospital is cleanliness, you can feel the personal level of hygeine there, and yes the hospital is well connected with the city.

Worst hospital for Covid treatment, no care and concern for patientIts pathetic hospital, no care taken for patients. I went to this hospital with confidence that its good and would take care of my patient. I admitted my husband for Covid treatment, when admitted he could walk and was in a good state even with high infection. The infection was more so we had to admit to ICU as doctor suggested. The worst part of ICU is they didnt allow phone with the patient and we could contact only once a day for few minutes to patient. They didnt allow any attendant in ICU. Also we couldnt visit him in ICU.The worst part is we could get status of patient only once a day from doctor. I trusted everything and left my husband to their care and after 10 days I lost him.1. They call immediately if there is a little shortage of money from the deposit that we do. But they never call to inform how the patient is doing even when the patient condition not good, they would not. Only money minded people. Doctors or nurse do not care for the patients health. They do not care.2. Even when the patient is good, they start with negative statement saying its serious and very bad state.3. If you ask in the reception to connect to ICU, they wouldnt saying its their policy and all rules. Its your family and you pay for their treatment, still you have no right to contact them other than their defined time.4. The receptionist even without knowing the patients status would say anything which would be negative.5. The entire night and the full day if your patient is not doing good, they do not have the empathy to inform the family. You send breakfast,lunch and they would just keep it and not inform that patient is not able to eat. They dont let them meet or talk to patient to know the status.6. In ICU, they have nurse who do not know how to check the oxygen level that is being given to patient.7. They only talk about rules and the rules are not in support for patients. They do not hve provision to provide hot water to patients and in Covid you are advised to drink hot water.8. Even if someone has all the positive attitude to recover and tries their best to recover, they do not support and provide motivation for patients to recover instead they keep saying kuch bol nahi sakte.9. They have no intention of saving the patients and it doesnt matter to them if the case is successful or fails. So never leave your loved one in their care as they completely disconnect your patient from you and do not inform of their health status in case of anything. I have learnt it hard losing my husband.10. Dont think in ICU there is extra care. If you have knowledge and educated like my husband you should monitor your health/vitals and not be blind on their support. No one is bothered there about patient.11. In small ICU, there are 7 beds so congested and so close to each other. Atleast for Covid, it should not be that close if they really care for the patient.12. No transparency of whats happening in ICU with your family member. They are so ruthless to not let patient talk to their family when they are not well.Never trust this hospital and leave your loved ones like that in their hands. You will lose them at the end. They are all hungry for money, they do not care for treating the patient well.

Pathetic service. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone. They ill-treat the covid patients, and dont allow them to talk to their family. A covid patient with mild to medium symptoms might undergo depression. If you want to save your loved ones please dont waste your money here.

The worst hospital ever seen.Never ever take your patient to this hospital.They first deteriorate the healthy patient condition and then take him to ICU and then start treatment, and if condition goes more worst then god knows.The doctor will not even talk to you properly, and will send you out within seconds.In my 10 days experience i saw almost 10 cases leading to death.Staffs are trained for looting, focus is more on money than patient.At that cost treatment can be done in big hospital in delhi.I recommend never never take your patient there.

Reviewing based on our recent experience in the hospital.Insurance Support : 1/5 - The person sitting behind the insurance desk is very rude, openly tells you they are going to get your claims rejected, and will force you to not process cashless. In our case, he deliberately sent wrong information causing lot of trouble afterwards with the insurance company.Doctor : 5/5 Very very good and open to questions.Nurses : 3/5 Well trained and helpful/cheerful.Emergency : 4/5 Facilities are very good, dont be disappointed when many people are not allowed inside. Very professional and strict in that way.Its a good place to get treated in, but staff can be trained to handle emotional distress of relatives in a better way than loudly shouting in the lobby. Makes the experience seem bad for outsiders.

My brother was having a serious road side accident in Gaya. I went to Paras first but i was not satisfied with the service. One of my friend suggest about CNS Hospital and Dr Anuj Kumar Singh I went for that hospital. It was a neat and clean environment with proper nursing care in expert doctors treatment. I must say Dr Anuj is a God for we people because after operation my brother recovered well and now he started doing his day to day life work. Rule was strict but now i realize that is for betterment of my brother. Thank you Dr Anuj and CNS Hospital.

I visited this Hospital for neuro related disease,for which i took appointment of Dr Anuj kumar singh. The paper work were easy though the fees of consultation is Rs900, which is bit too high. The doctor is a good listener. Hears patiently. Staff appeared to be helpful. Hospital is cleaned. Although the charges for different test seemed bit high.

Hospital accomodation and treatment is soo good but the only harrasing element is security guard which behave vry rudely and people tolerate only due to their patient if these security guard misbehaviour is not improved by hospital authority soon than it take the hospital in vry wrong codition, all the security staff embarrising the people unnecessary which vry hurt , so i suggest hospital authority to take it in consideration unless you lost vry much soon, and ths is my personal experience ..so i hate only security guard much. .
