Went Today for first dose of covishield Vaccination. it wasnt crowded and the sitting arrangement was very good with adequate spacing between chairs. Worst experience ever..first of all they have all sort of idiotic protocol and taam zhaam which you will have to do yourself.No staff has any knowledge of anything and everyone will point you to other person who wouldnt know a thing.System is inefficient and a normal task like pushing the file takes ages. A simple blood test wil take you 45 min to 1 hour. Worst part is asking them to mail the reports lands on deaf ears. They wouldnt mail it to you. They will ask you to call reception number at the bottom which wont work most of the times and then even if someone picks it up they wouldnt send a simple mail with your reports attached.Especially the Lady at the May I help you counter (helpdesk) is dumb and has no idea about anything. She will tell you something one moment and then something else the next moment nd would lie straight to your face.Even the nurses are arrogant and there is severe staff shortage.Doctors too seem too distracted. I wouldnt recommend coming here unless you dont care about your money.

Paras is a incredible hospital equipped with modern medical facilities.Paras has taken great care of health with substantial service excellence standards with affordable cost. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend Paras hospital.

Paras HMRI hospital. The biggest private hospital of Bihar. It has name because it has some good facility but here only loot is happend here. They are taking too much charges. If u come here he will atleast take you 20k charge in the name of diagnosis. Dont go there .

The most worst hospital in India.... No care taken by doctors staffs. They left patients to die... Intentionally create situation so that people go on ventilator and left them to die and keep them in icu for months just to get money per day of Rs 80000/-90000/ . Please never go there...and request to plz close such type of hospital n take doctors degree back. They r nt doctors... They r jallaaddd.. Whole hospitals are jalllaadd... Rubbish...

All staff members and doctors are very well behaviored and supportive. I came here for my mothers preventive helth checkup(402941).I want to spotlight some name.1- Dr Bimal Roy (physician) - He is very expriensed and good by nature and understand the patient issue with very calm and very supportive by nature. He also understand your personal issues like parents and he will give you the solutions on that. He will never ask for unnecessary test and medicine. He is one of the best doctor in Patna.2- Neetu and Muskan(PHC) - Both are very supportive. If you are unknown for this hospital (I.e- where to go, where is lab, pharmacy etc) she will guide you each and everything 100 times. Her way of talking with patients and his attendant is very great. If you are not able to understand anything then she will let you understand 100 times but never get irritate and always talk polite. She will maintain your all files and for anything you can connect with her.I would like to thanks PARAS HMRI hospital to have a staff members Neetu and Muskan and Dr like Bimal Roy .. even all members and Drs are very good including 3rd party members .Kindly forward my this feedback to the top level management or let me know the email ID where I can share the same.Thank you.

Worst one to be suggested for any health check up. The outlook is like corporate hospital but horrible management inside. The staffs are only responsible for taking money, once that is done you are of your own. Keep running like a government hospitals form pillar to post for anything, smallest of information like what time doctor will see is not available with them. They will make you wait for hours and hours just to see doctor. Receptionists are pathetic, I suggest our house maid will do better job than these half educated uncultured staff. Seems Paras hospital in pressure of cost cutting have hired rustic and uneducated people. PROFESSIONALISM is something they are lacking in their dictionary. Doctors have no interest in coming on time, examining patients. You cant even complain to anyone as no one will give any heed on it.

Vaccination process was comfortable,quick and smooth. Covishield vaccine available at government rate Rs 780. Cleanliness was maintained and staff is polite and guiding.

It was good experience but need to improve in some of the areas1.bell facility to call the nurse should be much more facilitated..Nurses should be more attentive..if the drip fluid is going on ,no one is coming to stop the fluid once it reaches to end.2. For patient drinking hot water should be served in hot insulated thermal pot so that it remain hot for some hours...

If possible I would have given this institution negative stars for existing without fulfilling its very purpose. THIS IS JUST A MONEYMAKING HOSPITAL. The whole team of Paras including doctors, nurses, administration etc. are responsible for any inhumane treatment done to the patients here. The nurses and ward boys are giggling away to glory in ICU units while the patients and visitors are suffering. The doctors are pessimistic as anything and will never act answerable to you for the treatment they are providing. Remember- for them, a patient is just a sick human and they could even kill the patient to hide their negligence. Even in this covid situation, its always a better idea to go without a bed than to admit your relative/yourself here. I lost my father to this sham of an institution. I am sharing my own experience and am truthful about all that I have written. Never go for this one.

Well Paras is the best example of a badly managed hospital. Although their panel has one of the best doctors of the city, their management is just pathetic. Its run like a government hospital and for everything the attendee of the patient has to run from one door to the other.

Hospital have good facility but there is scope of improvement. Medical staff is helpful but security staff is not well trained.My wife was treated by Dr. Masiullah, surgery was success and doctor is polite and helpful.Anesthesia OT incharge Dr. Mushirul is very helpful, polite and informs patients attendant about treatment being done and its effect.Process is smooth and doctors are well experienced and helpful.Rooms can be improved with additional facility.

Paras has lot of potential but at present it is poorly managed .We faced challenges right from admission , getting a proper room, medication on time ,patient food and discharge.It took 12 hrs to discharge which showed ruthlessness of Paras administration.But at the same time I would like to thank Dr Rashmi ,Dr Srinarayan and Prafulla from patient coordination department for their support during pre and post op.It being my first experience with Paras ,I stumbled at every stage and would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Prafulla for assisting me throughout these procedures.It gave me great confidence that he was always a call away and acted as a bridge between me and my doctor before and after treatment.And special mention of security staffs of Paras for looking out for patients and their families.They are in true sense example of serving others .

The hospital cleanliness and infrastructure is also worth mentioning.. Very good.The staffs are very cooperative specially Mr. Shyam Ji. He came to our ward just to check on how we are doing.. Very caring and very compassionate behavior. Wish every hospital has such staffs so that we dont feel anxious and alone. Nursing staffs are also very helpful.

I Think, This is the worst Hospital in india.I met to Dr Shaheed Siddiqui Gastroenterologist since July, 2020 for Intestine and liver disease. He wrote lots of check up, and advised that your course will be completed within a year, After a year he speaks take this medicine for last dose and I done same thing. But again same problem raise in Aug , 2021.Today , I visit the Paras Hospital for same treatment but today his behaviour was not good because I asked to him how to raise same problem after completion of course.And today he wrote lots of check ups for making money....Only they charged money , middle class people can not afford the treatment charge.

The behavior of the staff is very much disrespectful and they have made this noble line of medical as a money printing thing.. They dont care about patients or the visitors.. We had done a private ambulance to carry our grandfather (patient) but they mentioned the ambulance as their own in the bill.. There are many other suspicious things which could be felt going around in hospital.. Witnessed the doctors and staff of this hopsital fighting over patient transfers in the emergency ward.. In short this place is horrible.. Not recommended in emergency and not recommended for middle class and lower class people..

Too much fees and charges but only with limited facilities. Hospital management seems to be below par, not at all of any reasonable standard. Care and nursing of patients are very poor. This is based on our recent experience as my mother admitted for gallstone surgery.

Despite having some renowned senior doctors & good medical apparatuses, recovery/outcome among ICU patients is poor. The hospitals sole purpose is to make money by any means such as over billing, compelling doctors to prescribe too much drugs , tests etc unnecessary that could have been avoided. Beware of Over billing here. Junior doctors here are mostly donationwale & they lack even the basic knowledge of medical science. In ICU & that too at late night , if you think that your patient is in intensive care of doctors & nurses in such an expensive hospital , you are in delusion. Had there been any means to rate this hospital in negative , I would have rated in negative for ICU & indoor treatment. A few senior doctors are good for OPD purposes only. Anyway its my opinion.
