They do deserve even 1 star.PLEASE DO NOT fall in their pray, the would NEVER deliver your product. You have to chase them day in and day out to get your parcel.They keep the products with themselves as if they have the possession of your belongings.They have guys who dont have driving license so they dont deliver the products which has any police station nearby (as told by owner).Also, the customer service is of no use, they will just assure you the delivery by the end of the day, but that day never comes.So stay away, and keep your belongings safe. (Avoid such a company, better go for other couriers as every other company offers good service in Patna).

They probably thought 💭 What kind of products it is,Is it for delivery or for sending in dustbin. Probably they forgot to deliver it.When you came to find where is my products. Oh man!
