Went there for my covid vaccination, made me wait 2.30 hrs just so they can have total 11 people and can open 9ne pack of vaccine.... old people made to wait no sitting area no social distancing, the vaccination certificate is provided bfore you are even given the vaccination. Horrible experience.Safe to say if you are old or value time just avoid this place. Its a total mess.

Worst behavior of staff, illiterate staff . Even dont know how to talk with the patients. Their moto just make the bill and let capture patients money and then start rude behavior . My family,friends never like to visit the place again. Its just horrible.

Our 2nd dose of Covishield vaccination was scheduled on 3rd September 2021, between 1 pm to 2 pm. We reached in time.It was totally mismanaged. Anyone having scheduled later got tickets numbered before us.The staffs were useless, misbehaving and intentionally slow. Hundreds of people were made to wait and only 1 staff was checking the details and booking, and talking to other staff members.Ultimately, the people got restless and furious and then the started working.Ultimately, we got vaccinated at around 4:30 pm.I will never go to Suraksha for any requirement.

Extremely mis mamanged Covid vaccination, no social distancing , air-conditioning switched off ..horrible scene .. regular quarrels goin on ....better opt for a different center ..worse off than government facilities...get Covid at your owk risk.

I had my family members vaccinated here. They all told me that the staff were very friendly and courteous, and that they took extra special care of the senior citizens during the whole process.Appreciate the service and do keep up the good work.

Vaccination of a 86 years of woman requires a wheelchair to bring her from 50 feet distance was denied to provide by reception they said to me that they can collect from gate only but because of wrong parking of motorcycle it became impossible to bring car infront of it. Even after when she was taken upstair kept waiting for 2hours for Vaccine. The behavior of reception was really very bad and rude. This requires to be known before approaching suraksha diagnostic Located near Haldiram .

This place and the hospitality of stuffs are quite well. And at the same time they are careful of safety measure. All together im very satisfied with suraksha. But one thing , i wanna tell about that the behaviour of security gurd is very very worst thats why i couldnt give 5 out of 5 star.sorry! Please take care of it.

Earlier they used to provide wonderful service. But now a days quality of their service degraded so much.Over the phone unreachable, even their centralised helpdesk can not reach out to them. Patient keeps on waiting for a call back for the appointment as suggested by their Centralised Helpdesk but they dont take any initiative for a call back.

BE VERY CAREFUL when booking for COVID Vaccination, since there is no confirmation that they will be able to provide vaccination even after one has booked a confirmed slot. Apparently even after having a confirmed slot on COWIN, the appointment will be silently rescheduled to a later date without any intimation. Most people realise the change after reaching the venue on the scheduled vaccination date. Saw undue harrasment to many senior citizens due to this.Question is how can confirmed slots be allowed to be booked by the Suraksha when they dont know whether they can provide the vaccine. Poor mismanagement!!

They are even much worse than Government health centers. Total chaos and master of mismanagement. Can you imagine after takin the payment they were saying that they cant find out the bill & kept waiting for another half hour and even after doing that mess they were behaving as if its our fault. They dont even have adequate sitting facilities also. You have to stand there for hours as if you have made a mistake by going there (although thats true).Please dont waste your time & patience in this suraksha diagnostic centre & go somewhere else.

Very poor experience with RTPCR test. Had to book slots from their site prior to the test, still those slots were not honored. Booked slot 11am -12noon, and on reaching there by 11, the security said it will start from 12. Filled up all details in their site, again had to fill up the same details on the ICMR form upon arrival. And most importantly - they are taking 5 days for delivering the report. Go to some other diagnostic centre if you have the option.

Had horrible experience during vaccination today. Forget about us, they do not have proper place to make old people sit atleast. They do not have any man power. There is only one people giving vaccines to 200+ people. There was another one who was busy chatting about her family. Also patients are roaming around and it was too risky.People were also having issues even in the queue due to the fight between ICICI and Surkarsha as both were not ready leave their space. There was no social distancing or any proper rule. There was only one security guard and he was also having issues while addressing the updatedAll the people were extremely harassed. It was quite unprofessional and disturbing. Please do not call people if you do not have any vaccination infrastructure

Am satisfied with their service,staff ,security guards all were very helpful.. though had to wait for more than an hour to get my first dose of vaccine still am thankful to them for their cooperation.

Management for vaccination was not at all satisfactory, they are calling much more than they can handle. They have not made any arrangements for the people waiting outside, I had to wait from 10.30 to 2.30 while my slot was for 11am, no social distancing was being observed, goes unsaid. Please make sure that such nuisances are taken care of from now on, it is very hectic for people, who have some other things to do as well and not waste a day wholly on vaccination.

The Front desk staff are lethargic, unprofessional. Take lots of time in customer handling ! Had to wait more than 45 minutes to get the test reports! Need more staff to improve the present state of affairs!

No social distancing, you will get corona instead of the vaccine first. Not punctual at all, had to wait in line for an hour although I had the first slot for the vaccine via CoWin

Very bad service. They treat patients like they are making favor and dont behave nicely at all. One of the floor manager (probably), Ipshita Ghosh, is so arrogant and have a very bad attitude. She dont even know how to talk to the patient party.Id like to draw the Surakshas top level corporates attention to please take necessary step because these kind of people are dragging down Surakshas goodwill.

This is the most pathetic vaccination center you can ever go to. They will just keep giving you token after token. Not sure why they book so many slots to waste peoples time when they are so patheticly incapable of inoculation people. Never go here for anything

Today I have 1st time visited chinar park branch it was very bad experience for me.I have asked them my problem several times but dont get any response from front desk representatives. Worst experience ever in a diagnostic centre.Just avoid this centre. Rating should be zero.

Very poor service in terms of USG. I am 78 years old. In USG test, they just for sake of doing it sanitize the bedsheet. During this pandemic period they should change the bed cover or else use disposable polythene sheets in bed as Apollo clinic in jessore road did. Suraksha is not taking precationary measures in terms of USG. I did my USG on 29/10/2020. USG timing should be done within 12-1pm but start it from 11am onwards. Old people cant wait too long for USG with out taking medicine and food. Service to mankind must be followed.

All staffs behave like they are interacting with animals. A place where almost all people come with some kind of ailments, such unprofessional, misinformed, rude and quarrelsome staffs only give you pain and despair. And if you are coming for an USG then it is going to be a nightmare..

These people really dont value the time of the patients. For a single fullbody check up you need to visit multiple days.One day to know, which day they can perform all the test,one day to perform all the tests other that PP, because for all other test you need to wait for at least 4 hours and by the time you are done with all the tests, you have already passed the time for PP. So, you need to come for the next day, and only for PP. On the next visit(not the next day) , you will only get the report from Suraksha. You need to visit the center another day to do the doctor consultation, that is again on the day, which they have specified. Again, on this day you need to wait for atleast 2hrs, to get this done.So, for a single full body check up, you need atleast 5days. And you have no idea, how much time it will take.

Very bad clinic for USG scan for pregnant lady .Call center gave booking at 10:00 am and we were told to show the booking no at the reception and within 15 minutes , USG will be done.There we had to wait 2 hours for USG. The clinic does not follow the time mentioned by the call center.They dont have any special arrangement for pregnant lady too.Today I came to know that Suraksha Diagnostic is not NABL accredited for medical imaging parameters.

Amazing environment .well behaved staffs.. doctors behaviour and clearance about tests are very good..I went for my fetal ecg .and doc.already clear that everything is normal before I got my report.really impressed.

One of the best medical clinic cum pathological lab in West Bengal. The service is good and prompt. There is a help desk also . Advance booking available here. Cash/ Card / Mobile transfer taken . Lots of Doctors visit here.

This is the worst place to go see a doctor. These guys will give you a time after confirming from a doctor, and when you visit you will be the only patient waiting for doctor to arrive who will come late.. what is the point of prior appointment then?? Happened with me on multiple occasions.. I had to come back once without seeing a doctor.Never Ever go to see a doctor.. Diagnostic Tests are fine.

Service is OK type..Staffs at the reception are not so fast at their work.. If you have any special test, like usg mri etc, u shall take prior appointment and time slot.. But they will definitely not adhere to that schedule.. So u shall keep extra time in your hand while visiting.. Reports can be seen online. Elevator has the space for accommodating wheel chair.

I wish i could give -5 stars, worst service even turtles are faster than the employees and doctors here, they took 1.5 hours to do billing of 6 people and doc took 1.2 to echo cardiography of 1 person, this place should shut down

Nice place with parking facility. Also u can ask for wheel chair to pick up patient from drop off or parking place to the centre. It is also neat n clean and equipped with latest digital machines for better diagnostic of your problems.

Pathetic process and reception Desk. Simple blood test took more than hour. USG timing based on Doctors availability and can be cancelled anytime.Whole process needs to be revamped to make it patient friendly.

This is not patient care its harassment. The staff are too unprofessional, kept talking among themselves. The technicians arrive late everyday and the patients have to keep waiting. Very bad or I would say worst experience. I had few blood test and usg. Firstly the attendent in the counter forget to give the bill. The billing time was 10:44 a.m. but the usg was done at 1pm. Whenever I asked the attendent how long I have to wait she told theyre calling the names serially but few patients were doing the test and then they went for billing. Couldnt understand the whole process. In total it was nothing but a harassment.
