Sale on the name of kurtis and jeans thats it ....this is about Patna city Bigbaazar..After discount ,there is no less in price ...Nothing new in Dussehra special ...Denims and Sristi are the products in the name of brands...nothing in western dresses ..I dont like the experience ...Almost I went all the branch of bigbaazar this Dussehra nd I find a couple of pants only ....There is all over Kurtis thats it

Because its so big and there is a very big Railway Station tere is a parking spot

To start with,1. The staff needs serious training in hospitality.2. Only one lift works, the escalators are merely show piece.3. The canteen / cafeteria is bullish on prices.4. After Reliance coming into picture, its offers and charm is over, merely pushing the product.5. Product range has come down heavily.

Its probably the biggest big Bazaar of patna and has its own benefits like there are a number selections from which you can choose from and a separate building for parking cars whose cost is nearly 40 rs. Its located just in front of the Patna sahib railway station and is an asset for all who shop there. There is a small small eating joint just inside the building which serves a variety of food but it all ends very early at about 8:30 Pm which is just absurd as most people come to eat at night and the groceries section has an increased area which makes us feel that the area is infinite.I liked the experience with shopping bur not with the staff.Thank you hope my review helps a number of people.

Unprofessional behaviour of staf2 times bad experience with the store. 1st one was at the counter the staff scanned rs 800 product twice and in such a way that you can nit even imagine if you dont see the bill clearly2nd time with home delivery. Few product was missing. After complaining they accepted their fault but if you are smart enough to raise your voice your complaint will be adressed or else you will be ignored and they will carry on with their theft SO BEWARE with your every transactions
