For taste I would rate it as 3.5I ordered chocolate truffle cake cake was good but not the best.Way too costly.Design for cake has cost which is added per kg .For example chocolate truffle flavour is 700 rupees per kg and 200 rupees per kg design cost. So for 5 kg cake it cost 700*5 + 200*5 =4500.Else customer support service is good.

As always monginis deliver what it talks.Didnt find the chocolava cupcakes to be as good as elsewhere, but at least they got the cakes covered.

Very bad behavior staff specially cashier argument always he send torn 100 rs note and I told to exchange the note he told me to give me change and does not give me my product so please dont visit there. Argument happened twice with me so I am giving review. So management please take care of him and bring humble staff for customers. I will not visit again there due to him. So rude.

The taste of the pastry was stale, it was bad to eat. Pastry is very expensive. I wasted my money and my mouth.

Dont visit this place !! Very rude staff... trash staff they have hired is unbearable.... Being a regular customer , worst experience today !! After buying a 40₹ sandwich , was treated like if Im beggar and ridiculed by their staff!!!! Worst mistake of my life , that I switched from cherry to this outlet !! Cherry staff are much more friendly and well behaved !!!! Never ever gonna visit this place again 👎👎nor my family , neither any of frnds ....... Suggestion to owner of this place .... Pls hire a good staff like cherry , who can handle your customers , in your absence 😑

They offer flavorsome Cakes🎂, Pastry🍰, Donuts🍩, Cookies🍔 etc. at reasonable prices.They are now extra cautious to prevent COVID-19. Entry in the shop without mask has been restricted. If you have forgotten to wear mask they are offering after playing a moderate cost of Rs 5. They have also displayed posters at door and inside the shop for awareness.

Must visit this place during this time of day and buy delicious pastries and get some relaxed time as you see cute children full with tantrums.
