Had ordered this Birthday Pinata cake. The quality of the cake was very good. The chocolate cover was perfect balance of sweetness (neither too little nor too much sweet, ekdum balanced). The cake inside was also customised to the flavour I wanted - Black forest and it was soft and delicious. Very tasty and doorstep delivery. 100percent eggless too! They also had the facility for whatsapp coordination and online payment. Excellent service. I am very impressed.They also gave few candles and a knife. :)

Worst ever experience. There was a time when they use to deliver on time. Nowadays the delivery boy as well shop owner all has become adamant. They do not even bother about customer service anymore.

This is regarding my order for a custard cream cake which I had done two days back. Cake had no touch of custard rather was just a casual vanilla cake with 5 slices of apple and 4 of kiwi and 2 of Cherri. It even had fruit pieces within which is okay. This was my third order in just a month and for the first time I was disappointed with the taste and presentation of the cake, it somehow looked empty empty.. But yes the team needs to be thanked for that 25 tag which theyd put on the cake only on my request as Id ordered the cake for the silver jubilee anniversary of my parents.Hoping for a better experience next time🤞👍
