Chitralekha maam extended her office hours just to help us with our needs. Israel gave me a nice beard trim with valuable suggestions. The staff is experienced, ambience is posh and filled with positive vibes. I would totally suggest this place to anybody who is looking for a transformation.

The services are excellent. The beauticians are well equipped and knowledgeble. They specially take care of their hygiene. I used membership card and it is worth it.

They are not professional, inexperienced staff. They insist customers to buy package and plan for service. But when I go there for service, never staff was present. I took facial hair reduction from there, some area of face dark hair started growing . I will not recommend this parlor to anyone . I travel 10 km to take their services but they upset me.

Vibes at patna or as a whole is cheater. They only pick up money from your pocket with great convincing attitude.I went there for weight loss and take cool sculpturing for a sum of 14 lakh but result nil. Again they prescribed NSLS programme in 10 sessions and took 5 sessions but no result. By that time corona spread all over and I told that I cant come patna to take sessions so please refund my rest of money because the situation is adverse. But she told that it is non refundable. But it was not cleared when I was paying money because she gave me the bill after paying the money on which It was declared that whatever you paid is non refundable that means it is totally cheating. Again they failed to deliver the results what they claim. Beware of this type of companies who claim to reduce your weight or inch loss or butification programme are totally fake and only money making jobs. There are no alternatives of good diet,excercise and natural means for your health and beauty. Beware.
