This is one of best showrooms its brand value is much more, people love its products. Display of the showroom is extremely good. The way they deal with customers is good, but could be much more better. They are less concerned with the demand of customer they just show them items from the racks which is not what actually customers want these days, they wish to hace a salesman who could understand them and give them suitable articles what he/she longs for. In this way red tape could have done much more. Hope they improve their service quality.

Here in pathankot both men and women options are available womens area is on first floor and on the ground floor is mens section . The quality of service they provide is really good .

Usually all my and my family shoes are bought from here only. Staff is very helpful. They have vide range of variety all though on of my favourite stores now. They usually have great discounts and tye fresh arrival to are good. Red tape quality is excellent.
