@all Public Please dont buy the phones from this shop Mittal Electronics,Mann Market,Pathankot. They are lier and make you fool by their words. They dont deserves single star.I purchased Oppo A31 from them. They told me that this handset have 2 years warranty and they said Android 10 will be there i future but its wrong.When I called Oppo support they said Oppo A31 had only offer for 2 years warranty if we purchase in between 1 May to 30th May.When I called back to Mittal electronics then they told 2 years for software and 1 year for hardware.But oppo cares tells software support is lifetime.What the hell. They wasted my money. I hope they will loss their double money. God Knows all.I saved my money but they ruined it .....
