We stayed in May 2019. The hotel is very central. Room was spacious with a large bedroom & separate lounge/kitchen. These were the only positives. The room was very dirty. Thick dust on every surface. Kitchen hob dirty from cooking. Smell inside the fridge nearly made me vomit. Worst of all was bathroom. Toilet with brown dirt and smell from it that spread to the room. We arrived in the late evening so when I reported the cleanliness issues to the reception I was told that nothing could be done that day but tomorrow a cleaner would be sent to the room. We were out all day next day and when we came back to the hotel I was told by the receptionist that our room has been cleaned. But it was not. I informed the reception and was offered to move rooms. The new room was also very dirty but at least the toilet did not have brown dirt on it so we moved there. The next day a cleaner visited the room but they did not clean anything. The obvious grime and filth was still there as it was. The air conditioning was operational but did not do anything. It was hard to sleep due to heat in the room. We did not open windows as it was noisy from the downstairs food place. Wires were hanging from the walls. Speed of wi-fi in the room was 4Mbps. There are no lifts in the hotel. Carpets in corridors were badly stained and grimy. On day 3 we met a Serbian lady in town who has lived in Bursa for 20 years and the first question she asked was whether the hotel was clean. When I said no she then said that hotels in Bursa have the cleanliness issue. Very sad indeed. Bursa is a lovely city to visit with great food, good bazars and many quality shops with beautiful Bursa silk but this hotel made our experience so unpleasant that we are unlikely to return.

I stayed at this service apartment for a night and I must say its a comfortable apartment. Though its wifi is little poor but its location makes it a good choice for traveler. Its in the city centre of Bursa.

I felt very confused while stayed there. It was a wonderfull apartment only for me, a kitchen with a broad terrace with a moderate and wide view, a super location (close to the old Textile Bazar, and other stores and shops) - with one bad disappointing problem; whole building of 4 floors stinks on cigarette smoke (and etc.) which does not go away even at the open windows. A very nice bathroom, too.

We went last week as two families. Very bad in terms of hygiene. The refrigerator in the room was not working. We reported it to the interested parties, but the interest is zero. The room we stayed in smelled like cigarettes. Although we paid in advance, they did not give a receipt or an invoice.

The first impression was good, but it was so dirty that we could never sleep without our own sheets. The whole place was very dirty. The sheets were not changed. It smelled bad. If you say you dont care about hygiene, you can go and stay.

Sincere, sincere in the center of the city, at home. It has a friendly solution oriented staff. Very clean and cute hotel.

Although it has just opened, it is a nice business. They are very interested. It is a business that we will prefer every time we come to Bursa.

We chose this hotel for the second time. Because we have children and have a kitchen and a home environment. I am not promised bed cleaning and adequacy, but more attention should be paid to dust cleaning. Also towels and slippers should be provided in accordance with the number of people.

+ The location is very nice. The rooms are beautifully designed, everything is thought out.- There is no elevator, I would not recommend it for those who have difficulty walking. A lot of effort was spent on the hotel, a lot of money was spent, but everything you threw in the room did not appear from dust. Cleaning staff need to be more careful or warned.

The room is very clean. Interest is pretty good.A good option in the city center.

The rooms are clean, the kitchen in the rooms is very useful. We were very comfortable with the baby bed and high chair. Breakfast was also very satisfying. Being in the center allows you to travel comfortably. we enjoyed being in this friendly family environment.

Large rooms, clean and comfortable. Having the kitchen in the room is very good. No air conditioning and TV with a small bi house.

Not bad, were family. We only had problems with the toilet. Other than that, he was fine.
