Soft spoken, well mannered and helpful staff no doubt, so it will make your experience a good one. Downside- services provided are super slow and they dont have a basic service like pick up and drop.

Everything from the ambience of the dealership to the service of the vehicle was perfect.But would like to mention about Mr.Raman Kumar,the service manager, he is the most rude and unapologetic person I have evercome across.Pathetic customer dealing skills.

Never buy car from here....I bought a car three years back..they provided me a RC in which Engine number was incorrect...they took RC back for alteration since last year but unable to provide solution...as they have sold the car...I called toll-free number...but calls are closed with out solution....I contacted service...they said it is not service. .....each time they give assurance only not solution.....now I have car without RC....they are taking everything for granted....very unprofessional behavior....I request never buy car from here even dont get your car service here....as they believe service is limited to car repair only ...they dont feel customer experience and inconvenience....they behave like typical Govt clerks.... 😠😠😠😠😠😠 Now I am going for consumer court....as I am watching all replies...they are only trying to prove their selves correct....not taking feedback in a positive way......... feedback is to be taken to correct the things...but they are not

I want to inform you that as your employee came to me to provide me bill as well as collect the payment but he was not able to provide me with bill so i havent paid him and i hit him because of his very very rude behaviour and for slamming my office door but anyhow that dosent give me any right to hit anyone and i have already apologised for it and i am thankful you rested that issue here but please dont show publicly that hit someone because he came to collect payment.Now the matter has been solved and i have been visiting showroom for cars service etc etc. but I have been calling your GM from last few days and he assured me that your team will contact me for giving all pending billing which are pending from last 3 months and now he is not picking up my phone and neither replying me on whatsApp.

The worst experience with Prakash Honda .I could not expect from them

Used to be good but had to change my review after my third visit. I had sent my vehicle for accident repairs in December 2020. After 3 months working on the vehicle they came to know that engine and drive train is also damaged. Even after saying they have fixed it I faced issues and engine would just stall. In monsoons driving such a car back to Himachal was not the kind of adventure I ever wanted. Lights were not checked if they are working. Car was not cleaned properly before delivery. Still there are mud stains from the time of accident. Looks like any accidental car should not be cleaned in Honda. I have been driving Honda for a few years now and have been to other dealerships but this is worst of them. You need to run behind the staff for status check. No one explains anything. I was asked to come to a cabin where someone from middle management was sitting. He kept talking on phone and pretended to work on laptop until we swiped the card. Unprofessional. I have completely lost my trust on Honda service due to Prakash Honda.

Poor customer dealing...I have visit Prakash Honda Pathankot with my friends to purchase Honda Amaze. We met Mr Ajay who is responsible person at that time. He is so lazzy said that wait for some time. We wait 30 minutes, not a single person came. We disappointed with such type of poor response and worried about after sale service. At the end booked Hyundai i20.

No doubt services are very good but the only thing I have found that the house keeping department is very poor as they never care the customer. They never ask for tea coffee water etc. Feeling disappointed 😥 need improvement

If they cant give customers a test drive in 3 days and evaluate the car for exchange. I guess there is something wrong in the approach for customer satisfaction.which is unlike a HONDA !!!!!! Not even a return call with apologies. 😕 Left the thought of buying now.

My car Honda City Had Done only 35000 km when went for service was charged 4130 out of which around 2100 was service charge i. e more than 50 percent of bill was service charge for changing just engine oil and oil filter. On asking this they showed me chart saying its Honda policy that 40000 is a major service. Now interstingly my car had done only 35000 km which was a minor service and according to chart shown had no service charge so they charged me for 40000 which is major without my car even having touched the that mark.ADVICE: PLEASE CHECK UR SEIVICE CHARGES AND DETALIS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PLACE
