Although I stayed for one night only, I am extremely satisfied with the kind of hospitality which the hotel provides. Not only the location is perfect, every staff member is very kind and helpful. Will recommend this place if you are looking for a stay in Pathankot.

I stayed from 10th to 12th Feb 2020. Stayed in room no. 101. This being an approved hotel for our company. Mr. Balbir GM of the hotel is very enthusiastic person. The staff are also good and so is the food. Needs improvement in the following.1.only Luke warm water is coming in bathroom instead of Hot water.. Had to adjust since no corrective action was taken to resolve.2.the heaters provided in the room are old and needs repair The staff replaced them twice in my room.3. Lot of noise is generated from the kitchen during early mornings probably gas cylinder shifting etc which is causing disturbance to clients.Sudheendra Sr Dgm BEL

Best service in chandigarh

Viewing at the nearby hotels and facilities in this premises, this hotel had got everything upto the mark. Hard to beat their hospitality in this region. Dinner and breakfast was good, I loved it. Price is slight hire if you book it directly, however I booked it for 900+taxes=1500 from make my trip. Dinner cost me about 500 for two person.

One of regular here. Big rooms; awesome parantha i had in breakfast and clean bathrooms.Suggestion1) Bathroom need some plumbing in terms of water flow2) Wifi wasnt working this timecleanliness; location

Nyc hotel at pathankot

It was a pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel. I stayed there earlier also. The service is excellent. Some old Waiters are superb. Feel like home. Location is easy to reachable. On road and in city area.

Its a very nice place to stay with family. Very courteous staff, always ready to help. Rooms are exactly same like in the photos. Clean and well maintained rooms. Veg food (which we prefer )is also very nice. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Grand is a good hotel for a business traveller. It is also perhaps the only place which serves buffet breakfast. The executive rooms are quite spacious. On the down side there is a lot of noise getting into the rooms both from the road and from within. Service levels of room service and restaurant are just about average. Still for a business traveller it makes sense to stay here.

One of The best hotel in Pathankot, big rooms with big bathrooms and importantly clean and clear. Room service staff is toooo good. Food quality and quantity is also great. I am sure once you stay in this hotel, you will never think of other hotel to stay in Pathankot

Stayed in HOTEL GRAND pathankot on 16 july... It was our second stay. We reached early in the morming. The room that we booked was allready occupied and meant to be available only after 12 o clock.But the front office people were very helpful and provided us another room for 2-3 hour.Really a nice hotel in Pathankot city.food is also gud ....

The hotel is quite good and price is also cool. Moreover it has nearby almost everything you want ..all kinfy of stuff is available. Many coaching centres are also nearby.

Comfortable Stay

It was pleasant to stay here in The Grand hotel. Hotel staff is cooperative. Facilities and aminities they provided are good in quality and taste. I love to stay here, when I will come pathankot again.

On my way back to delhi from dalhousie, i took a halt at pathankot. I stayed at the grand. The rooms were decently sized and clean. The bathrooms were good too. I had taken the breakfast and dinner plan. So quite to my amusement, they didnt have a buffet spread, instead they had a la carte. order whatever you want to eat. That was pretty unusual but it was good. In this way we can eat what we want to eat. I paid approx 5500 for 2 rooms a night with breakfast and dinner plan.

A nice property. It is easily accessible and the property was really very good. I didnt face any issues during my stay. Good services and nice room. Overall a good place to stay with nice value for money.
