A very busy and happening place if you happen to visit during the weekends, food was pretty good. There was live music and live cricket match screening when we had visited.If you dont prefer loud music you can choose to have your food at the restaurant in the ground floor which calm and quiet.Overall a nice experience!!!

After staying here three times I can confidently say that this is THE BEST hotel in Pathankot to stay, party with family or friends and even for that matter just to have a meal.1. The staff are very welcoming and ever ready to assist you in any way possible.2. Rooms are spacious, bright and tidy. Washrooms are clean.3. Restaurant is awesome and food taste is amazing.4. Roof top bar is exceptional.

Always good. Has rooftop area open air and closed off ac area. Renovations have been done to make it gorgeous however new zones not open yet. Cant wait for them to get operational.

My family stayed here for one night as they were visiting Pathankot to attend a wedding. The whole stay was pretty comfortable and the room were pretty decent size and most importantly clean, but it did had some technical issues with the TV remote. Something to look into.

If you are looking for a quite and calm environment to sleep not a place to stay. The sky lounge music plays till late night 12am and beyond that. Even you call reception turns deaf ears.

I stayed here for more than a month in August and September in two visits from Bangalore. The rooms offered to me in both the visits were very good, well maintained on daily basis, no malfunction of AC, TV, phone, free and high speed WiFi etc. Glistening washroom. Punctual Laundry. Excellent food. Me and colleagues have taken breakfast and dinner consistently at the hotel without any health issues. The Chef is good. You can have food either on spacious restaurant at ground floor or open air colourful roof top with drinks. The boys there Lucky, Ritesh and Vivek are very humble and nice. Lot of families were seen dropping in for eating or parties. Weekends are flavoured with live performances. My favourite evening was with melodious Ghazals sung by Mr Raju. Very conveniently located at Patel chowk. Walkable distance to main market area. Very closely supervised. Overall a very good experience. My best wishes to the management.

Recently visited la vista with family on my birthday. But i am very disappointed as lot of food which was mentioned in menu was not available. The items which was available the quality of food was below average. Taste was also average. The rate of every food was OVERPRICED. You should give proper quality and taste of your food according to your price.

The hotel was not accommodating of an emergency situation for cancellation and the actual suite was tiny and didnt have any windows. It was essentially dark and dingy. Food and cleanliness was also average at best. I wouldnt want to stay at the hotel again.

I think most of people know about Best western and their standards of quality and personally I also love to stay there. But theres one problem with this hotel is space when youll enter here you will come to know If you are just staying here for couple of nights then its wonderful or celebrating birthdays youll love it. But you cant celebrate big party like a marriage and all just because of space Im giving 4 starts.

Today I went this place for lunch with my family. Food was ok but service was below average . I have to say it is over priced as compared to taste also we told them to pack paneer do pyaza for take away n when I opened the parcel at home I found mushroom do pyaza. Either the who took our order made mistake or the chef.

Best property in Pathankot. Their staff is very courteous. This is a newly built hotel but they have given an awesome property to the people of Pathankot. They have a rooftop bar and lounge is too good to have a couple of drinks. We had an issue with the smarttv and they upgraded our room. Thats called customer delight.

Went there for dinner on the rooftop terrace on a Saturday night. There was live music and the tables were almost full. The food was lip-smacking.

I had visited the restaurant on 22nd November. I had visited with my family. On entering on the clouds restaurant, i was told that it will be cold outside and i was directed to sit inside. After sometime, the tables outside were completely filled! The type of service manager gave us was very disheartening! The food is okayish not very great! But on my first visit wasnt a great experience!

A very good and business class hotel in Pathankot, one of the best in the city.

Very poor on part of the management to charge customers beforehand at the time of booking even for corporate clients who have stayed more than 10 times there. If such insecurity lies with the management (as told by the reception staff), God knows where you guys are heading.I was there today for an official stay but such strange demand of advance payment by the reception staff really hurt me and I opted to withdraw my booking as it was not in the right spirit.
