Expensive and on the poss side. However the variety is very good and staff are usually knowledgeable although most of them have a subtle attitude that apparently appeals to their clientelle. They are not rude at all but could use a bit more of a smile and cheering up.I shop from here every time I visit Greece and take a couple of bottles to store and a couple to drink.

Be aware that the retail store you see online does not have most of the products advertised online. They have a warehouse with much more (where they ship from) that is much better, but not a store in the usual sense. You have to get a warehouse worker to sort through cardboard boxes.

Probably the best wine cellar in Athens. It has a huge variety of wines, has a counter with gourmet cheeses and cold cuts and a very wide range of nuts as well as highly wanted snacks. Highly recommended!
Completely rude the gentleman who makes coffee while every morning someone else makes me coffee and they charge me 1.8 ... in the afternoon the charge is 2 euros ... the answer of the gentleman who makes coffee was with an ironic weave as if we are friends me I put foam milk you will pay 2 euros regardless if you took macchiato I talked to the person in charge he said it is 1.80 I informed him and his answer was like cappuccino I will charge it with the foam milk ... of course it is and I will not step in there again ... .it is not 20 minutes but the treatment .... an apology would be enough ..... take the asterisk and I hope someone in charge sees it to inform the gentleman what it is like to have manners.

After an order I made through the site, I chose the gift box, a 3-bottle wooden box with 3 bottles of wine and the corresponding message. Instead I went a simple bag without even informing the sender, MY MISTAKE I did not notice that the amount I pay does not include the extra cost. In the communication I had with a noble gentleman and after his apology the unacceptable excuses were of the type (the site crashed, a large load of orders, again it went well on time and that I did not inform the site the crashed site so that they also inform the recipient). I hope to be the only one who would have this service.

This is a good and updated wine cellar. hence the 3. because I visit it a lot due mainly to the neighborhood, I would like to know if all this justifies the sale beaujolais bel air at the price of € 9.22 that I bought compared to the price of € 6.90 which I also bought from a well-known deli, with an updated cellar, on Anagnostopoulou Street !!!!! I ordered through eshop 2 drinks and a wine. The email said the order was ok. I go to the store, in the end he did not have the wine (he gives me another one anyway) and I go home to see the drink and they were wrong about the drink as well. Same brand drink but of another origin. Fine!
Remarkable wine cellar! ¨I put 3 not 4 or 5 stars because guys while you do good maintenance in the wines put everything sideways and not half upright. The (expensive) Mavrotragana were upright and as far as I know the cork must be wet to minimize the chance of air entering. I say this with all my heart, the store was very good. Also, while an employee was serving me, he got up and left to go and serve another customer, while I was not finished and I wanted his help.

I used to buy very regularly from you, until about 3 weeks ago, a lad tried to make coffee ... After seeing it right: 1. when it comes to making abstract coffee to make a full-bodied shop, 2. to straighten the extra coffee (!) by hand before putting it in the machine, and 3. then crawl out of the coffee that came out of hand, then go and serve it! Too bad, because a very careful shop can be spoiled by a single irresponsible employee ...

Particular place. I visited the (hidden!) Cafe that has in the slope of Kifissia, with little space to sit outside. Smoking is allowed and there are heaters for the cold. Coffee sells weird chocolates.This is a big shop (cellar) from which I only saw coffee.
