Cafe Tato is my all time favorite for the sukhi bhajji Puri and chai. The service is really prompt and the consistency of the quality is mind baffling.

Tato cafe.... newly renovated the place looks good the ambiance is lovely... the main thing the food is good as usual the suki (patato) bhaji one of my favourite is still good but feel the rates are slightly on the higher side. But still the suki bhaji is my favorite till date hope you guys keep up to the quality and standards which is there for years now.

If youre near the church in panjim, you can just walk down to this restaurant.What to try, then go for cheese pakoda, mirchi bhaja, kapa, and some tea. That should be a usual goan breakfast but just better than usual, the food has good quality here. It is cosy and comfortable.You can also try some lime soda and alsana or paneer delicacies.

Cafe Tato is an perfect place for Vegetarians, It serve most of the Authentic Goan vegetarian dishes like Bhajis and Kurmas and also traditional Indian breads and Goan Pav. My personal favorite is Mushroom Bhaji. The Cafe has a great finished ambience though the serving waiters lack charisma but thatll probably go unnoticed as youll be enjoying their served dishes.

Cold Samosas - not inviting to tourists.I was in the building for a total for 24 minutes. I ordered food and a chai and sat eating it for about 15 minutes. During the meal I was reading a book that I had on me. After paying and using the breath mint mix, I read maybe two pages in my book before the waiter told me to leave because other customers were waiting. There were maybe 5 or 6 different tables open and there was no one waiting. It was a Tuesday night and a national holiday. The streets were empty.Prices are affordable. This is positive!

They should add “kids not allowed”. Not at all kid- friendly/ family-friendly restaurant. Think twice before you enter.The manager is very rude and mannerless.

We always end up in Tatos after a night out to sober out with a heavy breakfast. These guys make yummy Bhajis, Wadas, Samosas, Buns, coffee and the list goes on.. The ambience is really nice and clean, food is pocket friendly too. I would recommend this place if your looking for a lip smacking breakfast!

Very clean and well-maintained. Cool air con and comfortable seating. The mushroom samosa (Rs. 30/- for single, Rs. 50/- for two on a plate) was really good and worth a try. The batata wada was also very tasty!

Very very affordable food. One of the oldest cafes in Panjim. The bhajis and pooris are a mist here. We had 1 bhaji 1 plate poori, 1 cold drink and 1 cold coffee for Rs.180

Every Goan , mostly people from North loves this place. Best snacks, breakfast ever. Bhatat bhaji is extraordinary with bunc or Puri. When I was 3 I used to come here, today I am 18 I still visit the place twice a week.

Decent seating, service was ok. Sambar needs drastic improvement as I cant remember eating sambar as dessert. Even chatny can be thickened a bit. Mirchi and bhaji were good. This is a good breakfast place if you are around Patto area. Their cost seating it a great plus point for them.

Clean ambience and quick service are assured. Try the Usal Pav and Chole Puri.

Cafe Tato is very old resto operating in Panjim city and its one of my favorite pace to have evening tea with snacks. They make traditional Goa snacks like Puri Bhaji, Buns, Samosa, battawada, Mix Bhaji(Yummu),Mirsang. Team, Coffee & Lemmon Soda are popular with these snacks. Place is small and very affordable.
