A long lineup in-store in Bank Street. They were helpful with the advice.I got no help in the self serve despite asking for it, waving for help, and being seen doing nothing as they look at me.I do not know if it is the shortage in staff or if it is their policy to be in your own.I ended up figuring it out...

They have everything you could need, large business center. They have parking at rear, only gave a 4 star because of the busy location

I went to take Passport photograph and I only needed soft copy and not hard copy. I asked to email the soft copy, guess what they dont have keyboard to the PC that does editing and stuff. They suggested to buy a Flash/Pen drive which can be connected to the PC. Being a electronic accessories selling store they cant afford to use a keyboard and connect it to the PC instead they can connect drive because it is money making strategy. This is outright ripping of people forcing to buy something that is not necessary. I am unhappy and suggest people to take Flash/Pen drives if they want soft copy of their photograph.

A decent print station for smaller business needs. Haved used in a pinch quite a few times. Have not been in since they renovated but it looks as if they now how rooms to rent for smaller businesses to handle meetings in.

This Staples store (South Keys 2210 Bank st) has provided me with consistently good service. The store is clean and staff are helpful. I use this store for my printing needs, including; making laminated sheets and printing out business papers. The quality and on time delivery is very good with no unexpected surprises. Good business to deal with. Due to provincial Covid restrictions the store is limited to curb side service and you will need to shop first on their website.

The service was good. Yalls need to get those royal blue paper mate pens though. Literally the most reliable pens.

Used their shipping service. Staff is very good. They have recently renovated their store and I did not get a chance to view it as we were in lockdown. They seem to have added a large amount of flexible work space for rent. As for the rest of the store, it seems very well-stocked, neatly organized and I am looking forward to exploring it further.

Staples is ripping people off. Very disappointed. I paid the fee for same day printing, but it wont be ready for two days. I understand the backlog and am completely okay with waiting the two days, but the associate told me that the rules are that i cannot get refunded the same day fee. I would have to cancel my order completely and re-order. Beware of major companies scamming you during the pandemic. This is clearly what is happening.

Self service stations charge per minute which is unfair to those who arent able to use tech as easily.Two elderly women were trying to use self service stations and asked for help. I watched as the employee just decided to leave in the middle of helping because he had to go on break. Dont just leave them there!!! They proceeded to wait 20 minutes for help.

Parking in back is terrible and then they want u to register inside with ur licence plate & ur telephone! Next you will need a Canadian Passport to go shopping there! So, the next time I need stationary supplies will go to another Staples where the beaucracy is not in charge!

The tech department is a hassle. There system seems to never find my warranty information. It takes 40 min then the manager has to come. Even then its a run around. Not worth buying from here especially if you want a warranty for kids computers.

Wonderful service at this store. The staff went above and beyond ensuring the passport photos were taken correctly. Two staff members took time to assist me over about 15 mins time and offered to give the photos to me for free for the wait ( which I refused to accept and paid since it was great service) . Another staff helped me look at a different product to purchase and I was thanked and welcomed on the way in the store and out also. Great prices. I will definitely shop at this store anytime.

Staples wins the award for WORST WEBSITE IN 2020. It took me literally 1.5 hours to order a print of 12 photos. Photos dont upload properly...then finally do after youve repeated the same actions 10 times. Its actually anti-intuitive...seemingly on purpose. I couldnt imaging how to make it any worse than it is. I will NEVER log into this site again. Ill set up my own darkroom before I try this online again. Up yours Staples. 0/5!

It is great when you get their products on sale. I bought a filing cabinet there and I am happy with it so far. You might get better prices for pens and other office supplies at Wallmart, and even some dollaramas sometimes. Conveniently located, there is a parking lot for their clients behind the store.

This location has my favourite blue pens. Sometimes I will purchase the mixed pack if they are on sale at a good price. This store also has a wide variety of electronics and accessories. I purchased a pair of JBL wireless Bluetooth headphones. The sales person did a great job showing my different models so I could make an informed decision.

I’m not sure if the current pandemic has affected the amount of stock this location has, but I did find the selection to be lower than other Staples locations. However, I greatly appreciated the layout and organization to help navigate the store. I went in for printer supplies and found an awesome selection of phone cases that I ended up treating myself to as well. Great prices on the phone cases!

I sent in some same day printing, and went to pickup once I got the alert that my printing was ready around 11:30am. I didnt realize that their hours had changed - I walked to the staples, though the ice rink they call a parking lot (be warned anyone with a disability!) I called their pickup line, and was promptly told by an associate that I had to wait the 10 minutes until their pickup time. So they left me, waiting outside in -9 degree weather, for my printing package that was inside with all of the associates standing around. I understand that theres a global pandemic, but come on, there isnt room for reasonable accommodation? Apparently not.I waited the 10 minutes, outside in the cold. Its at this point that I should mention I work for an architecture firm, when I got my printing they had also inserted a flyer about making the right impression with construction documents - what a joke, you want to give advice about making the right impression?

Staff is really helpful

Took my Samsung Galaxy phone to Staples to resolve issues with no notification sounds and a full internal storage. Jesse thought he would be able to resolve these issues easily but had to try a number of approaches before he could get the phone working again. He even gave up his lunch break and worked a bit of overtime! The Staples store has always been my preferred store for technology products and services and sales associates like Jesse keep me coming back.

I expected the parking to be difficulty for a downtown location. There is a large parking lot behind the store off Waverley Street. You just have to register your licence plate.

I often use their printing service and its always delivered correctly and on-time. Reliability is top notch.

Perfect note binding service. Can come with a 24h delay if do not want to pay extra CAD10 for on-the-spot service.Also, the quiet reading area is a grear place to study.

I really only use it for exchanging CO2 cartridges from SodaStream, when it has sales on there can be some good deals (I have a laptop from 2012 boxing day sale that still works ok from them) and they have good general office supplies. Otherwise it is expensive compared to say 123ink.ca . 3.5 stars.

The new co-working space is really nice! Wish I didnt have to wear a mask but I understand. Hopefully soon this all clears up and it gets more busy, otherwise it might make sense to out up more walls so people can rent offices without having to wear masks.

I had to make copies and scan documents the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Anytime I go to this store I never have trouble finding what I need and staff always available to help.

Great location for a Staples in centretown Ottawa. A large parking lot in the back which makes it a easy location to drive to while in centretown. Sanitisation Station available as soon as you walk in either door, from the parking lot or the street access entrance. There is also a Happy Goat coffee shop location near the Bank street access entrance. Large and spacious and so it is easy to remain physically distant. Masks required when inside.

Wide variety of office products. Great service and prices. Excellent shared office space service and great coffee from Happy Goat.

This is my close-by Staples. I appreciate simply being able to pop in. The selection us good as in all Staples. And now it even has a coffee shop.

I like this store. Im in there all the time. Other than one recent experience where a tech person refused to admit that he didnt know if Staples sold the item I actually saw on the Staples website (and was pretty condescending in front of 3 coworkers standing by), Ive always had good experiences here. Nice, friendly staff. But one person shines! His name is Franklin. He knows EVERYTHING about computers it seems, PC or Mac. But where he really shone was in his truly exceptional customer service. My husband and I were in there 2 days ago to compare pros and cons of purchasing a new computer - trying to decide whether to go with PC or Mac. Franklin ran us through the whole thing, without leaning toward one or the other. He was impartial and thorough. And he didnt take personal credit for his service, either - he attributed it to Staples stated policy of truly putting the customers needs first (maybe, but I think Franklin shines above all others). When we left the store, my husband said I think that was the best service Ive ever gotten.

Very straightforward and accommodates a variety of ways to insert media (USB, Dropbox, Google Drive) and good pricing for their prints.EDIT: Due to recent changes regarding curbside pickup due to covid they now charge a service of $2.99 to print something. So you would have to pay over $3 just to print a single black and white paper. This just feels dirty.

Just went to a special request opening of Staples.. Very impressed.. There are office and working spaces for daily or longer rental.. Even a podcast room.. Little cafe.. Interactive workshops and events. This will surely attract slot of business while bringing the community together.

The Staples stores are really great. Sales people dont bother you when your searching or browsing. But they were all willing to help in anyway. I purchased a laptop from Staples it is a cromebook and it works great. Staff are always ready to take any question at any time that they are open.

Sales staff courteous and helpful.. Im in a wheelchair and some one had blocked ramp with a shopping cart and it was locked to railing.. Another customer alerted staff and more than one came out and helped remove the cart so I could use the ramp. Way to go staff at staples! Great office and home products.

For a multi-million dollar company, the self-serve photocopying machines must have a scan/email function. When clients are forced to used the workstation, only one functioning, they pay per minute of usage which I believe is unfair for those that are not tech and language savvy. Your staff should be assisting people using these workstations to expedite the process to prevent clients waiting 30+ minutes for a simple job.

Newly renovated with a great Happy Goat inside, Id spent hours here looking at pens.

Nice location currently under redesign. Fairly easy to find what you need provided there is a employee available. In most cases there was someone there to help me since their redesign.

Website order didnt go through and I learned later when i stood outside the selected store. Staples wont /cant process a phone order or help me place the order from the car park.

Displays are well organized and signed. A young sales assistant helped me find a mouse and showed me how to program it, thus saving me lots of time.

I was there for some photocopies and I was assisted by a very helpful and polite young lady. The store pretty much has everything a staples would have in their bigger locations.Very convenient for people that live or work around.Parkings are on the side and obviously you have to pay; but make sure you don’t run off of time because the ticket man is just around the corner. 😅

Despite it being a Django location in an older building with very little parking, inside its a very nice and modern Staples with great selection.

Bought a new lap top, good selection, great service from Josh, James P. and James L. They helped me choose/buy the right laptop and get it set up quickly. Good, fast computer set up and data migration services. I also buy printer ink and office supplies there regularly (good prices). It is a busy store, they can have line ups for tech services and checkout. Im very satisfied with their products, services, and friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I go there regularly for tech and office supplies. Free 2 hour parking behind the store with a direct entrance from parking lot, makes it easy to shop as the store is in a busy downtown location.

Super place to go for your printing. For most of us we dont need an at home printer, especially when Staples is here.

Theres too little help, too little friendliness. The place looks like nobody is really taking care of the facing. I went there to fax documents, but it was hard to figure out how to do it alone.

CAREFUL !!!! Computer staples charge you 30cents minute $1 per color print and 1 minute to print a document with their slow printer. I printed a 30 pages document , my credit card was charge those 30 min waiting for my documents , I requested help but they say nothing they can do.

If you have fur babies then know that you and your doggies are welcome in this establishment. My baby girl loves going in for a stroll and I love giving her that exposure. Thank you Staples!

His personality and customer service are just rare these days. I’m so happy I came across such an amazing human. So please, if you need some help with printing dont waste your time and go see John.

The Copy and Print Center is great and has a lot of services to offer. I use the online feature because it is easy and convenient for me, however they also have many photocopiers available for you to do your own copying. My orders have always been completed the same day or within 24 hours. Would recommend the Copy and Print Center
