I went there with my cousin and we bought shawarma and Tandoori. below average taste

This is not hotel its a “Dust Bin” food tastes like a trash from dustbin & I got Ill after eating here... bad experience in ooty

Food is OK to have. Have to improve on service. Worst reception and billing person in restaurant. Please do change. He treats customers like beggars.

This happened in Dec 2020. Food is OK. But the person in the cash counter treats customer very badly. He has charged for 6 items, though I had ordered 5 items. And when he handed over the parcel package, there were only 4 food box instead of 5. Tried to cheat the customer multiple times, purposefully. Tourists need to be very careful when they visit this restaurant.

Good tandoor and barbeque chicken and Indian cuisine

Dont opt for this restaurant food they just cheat you, you may get infection after having their food, if you order biryani you end up getting plain biryani rice in your parcels, CHEATERS and LOOTERS they are...a complete avoidable joint in ooty
