3 years back I went there and that was the worst hotel I ever seen Cuz there food quality was very poor even the drinking water is not purified that was kinda made us annoyed but anyway I had a great time vit my friends there ......that’s why I still remember that place after 3 years

I highly recommend not to go to this restaurant due to its worst service.We were in the restaurant at 2:30 Pm & ordered North Indian meals, without informing unavailability South Indian meals were served. When asked the waiter said it is over. We thought it’s fine to continue with what ever was served. The rice in the meal was served cold While water was hot & when asked the waiter said sir its late his what we have right now.The staff is not friendly & don’t try to help the guests.

Im submitting this feedback while having lunch at Amaravathi restaurant. It is worst hotel. Ordered chicken biriyani, couldnt understand what kind of biriyani is this. It is not south Indian, it is not Hyderabadi, looks like prepared by an amature chef. Chilli chicken was worst as it is prepared with chicken waste. Not even worth for 30 rupees, but they charged 180 rupees. Roadside restaurants much better than this restaurant.

Very bad experience,I can say worst experience I ever had.Nobody will come to take order itself first half n hour, you will have a very good company with mosquitoes 😂.Even one rating also not worth for it,but nothing less I can give.Tasteless food with mannerless behavior of staff.

They even dont know about Lime soda... For Lime soda they striped the Big Lemon not the small Lemon of lime juice... And also they are not included the Salt... Amyway the Lime soda is the worst Soda I ever took 🙏.... oMG none the less dont go there no manners🙏🙏

In 2012 I have been to this restaurant and had a very tasty biriyani. I left this place saying to myself that, whenever i go to ooty, I should visit this restaurant. Now after 6 years, in 2019 I go to this restaurant. The ambience has improved a lot but the food... OMG very bad biriyani. Half cooked. Understaffed. Had to wait a long time to taste a yucky biriyani.

3 days before around 7 pm We reached this restaurant after finished the garden visit with my 2 kids we were tiered and hunger. Got parcel of plain biriyani with chicken noodles and Peper chicken.1. Peper chicken - not cooked well full of bones an they forget to put salt also.2. Plain biriyani - you can simply name it as tomato rice even it taste good without masalas only non cooked big chunks of tomato found. They wont provide gravy only gave raitha.3. Chicken noodles - the only food we shard that night simply good.If there is on other way to avoid step in to this restaurant plz dont choose with meals.

Dont go for breakfast very worst service and food only two menus is only available dosa and poori even to that also take more than 30 min best to go junior kuppana or a2b near by this amaravathi restaurant

I went there with almost 10 people. The service was very bad. The way the waiters talk to you would never get you there. Wed ordered both veg and non veg food items. Nothing was tasty. Instead of entering here you could have your meal at a road side restaurant and give the excess money to beggars but dont spend a rupee here.One thing I wanna mention...Id ordered a non veg meal for my lunch, I was absolutely speechless on seeing the plate because my plate was filled with full of vegetable items like kaara kuzhambu, sambar, rasam, curd, one cup of vegetable, one cup of white chenna, one cup of fish curry WITHOUT ANY SINGLE PIECE OF FISH, three tiny pieces of chicken pakoda. THEY DIDNT GIVE AGAIN THAT FISH CURRY TOO, INSTEAD HE INSTRUCTED ME TO HAVE WITH SAMBAR, RASAM AND CURD. ID NEVER BEEN TO SUCH A WORST PLACE TO EAT. There was a strand of hair, when I asked about it to the waiter, he told me to throw away and have the lunch. The glasses with water was also not clean, we walked to the next table and took a glass by ourselves.Worst food.Worst service.Worst quality.Worst cleanliness.WORST HONESTY.Worst value for money.

Once we enter hotel no staff to clean table alsoAfter 15 mins they take orderAnd serve you cold chapati and paneer butter masala which was worst ever in my life and to collect bill exchange money I had to wait for 15 mins and later I went to bill counter and had to inform them and collect it personally.So never expect good hotel food or mannerism here

Amaravati restaurant is situated in city centre of Ooty or Udhagai town.The restaurant is a favourite for all travellers. The food served is good and nominal in prices too.The restaurant also have a hotel to stay for and lots of nearby shops to buy miscellaneous items.
