One of the best cafe coffee day i have visited. Very spacious and well appointed interior. Staffs were very courteous and service was great too. I really like the way how they made the cafe. Menu is all the same. Wash area and toilet was kept clean. Parking can be done infront itself.

Kinda cozy space when I dont feel like going around much. The people behind the counter are very welcoming.CCD has its best set marks in terms of food across India stil to mention, cappuccino is my favourite here.

Not impressed with this one. Really bad service, shake was freezing cold it would have been great to have a Straw with it, we asked for one since our hands were freezing but they said no.

I visited this coffee place right near the gates at the domestic terminal , good place to sit and enjoy the coffee while waiting for the flight , service is good and seating is of good quality and its a good place to chill !Review of Cafe Coffee Day. CCD prepares standard preparation every where and this place is no big different. Staff is helping location is very good and relaxing , generally not much crowded so its soothing and refreshing and you can be done quickly too. The place is really fantastic to sit and have your own privacy or a chat .

Staff was adaptive and kind. They made my vegan shake hot. Since its so cold here. Was very happy . The interiors are also pretty good.

Good place to sit and spend some time. Same coffee as available at all CCDs here. Nice to see new products like banana chips/multi grain cups, etc! Climate inside is managed I think as its not as cold as outside and you can be here even without a jacket/sweater

Nice place to hangout!

A nice place to tuck in for sometime for a quality time with friends. They offer al kind of coffees from hot to cold. The price is suitably to all kind of customer. The flavours are also amazingly put together. The side bites are also good and pleasant. It’s a value for money place. A washroom is saviour to customer who comes here often.

Food is not worthy for the price. However it is definitely a good place to talk over coffee.

The staff has all the time in the world to play games in their phones! When asked for tissue, SUMANTH K S (staff) wanted to finish his turn, on his phone and then handed over 1 tissue paper! When asked for a charging point, he did not even bother to listen, because he was extremely busy playing on his phone! This is just disappointing. Unfortunately I could not click a picture. I would request the manager to look into this issue. This is not the way customers are to be treated. No complaints about the food or beverages.

Spent my time here while waiting for my friend. Charged my mobile and powerbank getting ready for return journey to Bangalore all while sipping coffee and munching on to a sandwich.Chilled out place with a hotel nearby. Inside is considerably big for a huge crowd too. Nice staff behavior.

A perfect place for coffee. The ambience of the place was awesome. The chilling climate of Ootty doubled the beauty of the property. On the day there was some offers and we enjoyed the time. Interiors was too romantic and I will visit the place next time whenever Im Ootty.

The once loved cafe coffee day doesnt serve good desserts anymore and have overpriced coffee. An americano cost 180INR whereas if u drive 2kms, you have kings cliff which serves quality desserts and coffee at reasonable prices

Yeah lot many charging points. Quite helpful for travelers. But the toilet was horrible. I dont blame it entirely upon management or on customers. Its just that I didnt have a good experience

I got into ccd at ooty. The place is absolutely great and the customer service is the best part. Iam absolutely sure that you can spend some quality time there enjoying the taste of goodness they offer

Good one and parking was issue and especially over the weekends.! But opposite to the ccd you would find a road and you can plan to park your car.

Although it a big outlet with ample parking and seating space, it fails to capture the warmth expected to eminate from a typical CCD outlet. Owing to the cold weather, maybe the need to consider heating their products to a higher temperature before service. Not the usual menu served either...

This coffee day is located on the perfect location on the way to Ooty. The only problem is the place does not have the best coffee.

Most of the items on menu were not available. Both me and my partner got food poisoning after eating here(just to clarify why I think it was because of eating/drinking here, we had simple south indian breakfast in the morning which we were having for past three days before going to CCD) . We had frappe and cheese toast. I love CCDs. But there was something wrong with this one. Probably because of the low footfall at this location, could be bad milk/cheese(just spitballing here) but one expects these chains to have quality food. One goes to these places for familiar taste away from home. Disappointed.

Well, I would give a zero for the taste of the food served here. It was one rainy day and all it took was one Choco fantasy and sizzling brownie to spoil the mood. I rather call it a non-sizzling chocolate cake with triple diluted choco syrup. It wasnt expected from a reputed coffee shop like you.

Served semi warm brown coloured water instead of latte..Paper cups and paper plates.. same price..all are welcome to try..n ENJOY.

Personal comes across very formal and professional though their English is basic. There is no Wi-Fi available. There is a Western toilet with actual toilet papper. Didnt have a coffee because it was quite expensive: 100 rupees for espresso and over 130 rupees for a regular coffee. Place itself was nice.

CCD ooty is the best coffee day I ve ever been to. Usually a trendy crowd there, and its located just before downtown ooty while coming from kerala or mysore.
