Nice place to stay n spacious rooms

Very Rude receptionist and owner.Location is not convenient and safe.I booked through OYO app and reached hotel for stay. Simply they declined my check in and hotel owner forced me to cancel oyo booking and asked me to pay 40%extra amount otherwise he said no rooms allocated.Completely money minded people. Not recommend to any Traveller to reach this waste hotel. Dont loose your money and valuable time because from city to this hotel auto itself charge RS.200 and if you want to return back to city you will not any transportation.Even no car parking space too for own car Travellers.

I booked this Oyo hotel and stayed there for over night. It was comfortable room with soft mattress, TV, geyser in bathroom, a balcony and a sofa with center table but no fan. The staff was good and complimentary breakfast was good. It has ample parking for bike and car but TT would be difficult. Road going up to the hotel is little damaged but is ok ok. The view from my rooms balcony was good. Over all it was good stay here.Like my review if it helped you.

Best service. They help us to locate room ontime when we are on the way. Soo clean rooms. Security guys provide us any help at anytime. Soo safe stay from oyo. You can alwayz trust and enjoy trip with oyo.

This place is located in the 5 KM away from the city. The hotel has good views from balcony. Nice place to come here. Located on the way to Connor. But this place doesnt get you the network coverage area. You have to come out from your room and then you can speak with your loved ones.

Rooms are neat and spacious for a day. But the services are very very very bad. You can say this as a Lodge not as resorts and cottages. Please dont fall in complementary breakfast trap. They will give you 2 poori & 1 vada in such a way that you cant make a poori and vada not smaller than that. If you ask then they will say thats complementary. They wont serve food on proper time. If you order an item it will take half an hour and running order @ table will take another 30 minutes. I am really confused how this venture got 4.1 ratings @oyo app.

OK kind of place. I got interested because of the term resort. But its not a resort. Rooms are clean but not very new. Service is very good thought. People are very responsive and helpful. But its not worth the price it should be more cheaper. They even charged 50 Rs for a broken glass.

This Hotel Is not worth for money I paid. Before selecting the booking for this hotel we read online reviews. Considering it a good hotel I decided to choose this. Some information the other online booking people should know are as follows-1- The way to hotel is not concrete road.2- No restaurent. even no tea serving3- Rooms were OK4- locations is not proper or attractive. I is average.5- Except Room appearance, this is average Hotel.6- No mobile signal comes at this location. I had airtel.7- No wifi facility.

Very bad experience... already booked this hotel in oyo and payment made successfully. But at the time of check in , the hotelier is asking for additional 2000 rs money because they updated the price like that....they are not allowing and we stand in the rain ... not respecting the tourists.. road was very bad from fun city entrance till hotel.... irresponsible receptionist.... the above statements really true ... please dont go there

If you are visiting to ooty then I personally advising you to stay here...i visited here last year in the winter and the view from the hotel Oh My God I cant expressed that in words because when I entered in the balcony then I was shocked and it took me some time to understand that yes I am in the heaven of the Earth....the rooms are clean and beautiful....it is having a bedroom,a sitting room and a balcony facing towards the city....this is the best place to stay because it is situated on a hill which provides u a whole view of the city....the reception people are nice and always feel happy to help you...

It was a decent stay with breakfast and main thing is kettle for hot water, 24/7 hot water 4 wheeler parking in front of your door if its in ground-floor,. Breakfast is also good, we have a sit out gallery. Even the ground floor rooms can enjoy the scenic view of mountain small tea plantation. Access road is bit bumpy around 600-800 mtrs. They provide room heaters/ Blowers on demand with a charge of 500 per night. Complimentary Breakfast served from 8-15 to 10.30. Tea coffee are machine brewed, Nearest restaurant is at least 2km and if you are unlucky then you will spend most of the time in traffic according to my experience I spend min of 6-7 hrs in jam and had to struggle for lunch or dinner. Plan accordingly of visits and food so that you wont be sad stuck in traffic. In weekend you might spend around 45 min -1.5hrs for 5-6 km if crossing city center. Overall a good place to stay.

Nice place to stay away from town. With good view of hills from balcony. Booked via oyo @2100. Room dont have heater / warm air blower or good in house kitchen /restaurant. But staff are too good. Very polite. So gave 4*. If the above things would have present I would have given 5*.

Its 3 k. M long from upper bazaar and restaurant is not available in the hotel. The staff is cooperative. The room are good according to the price. The morning view from balcony gives a great start for the day.

This place is very peaceful and budjet friendly. And we loved the tea provided by them.

Nice food and ambience. Open terrace and view from hotel is great. Everyone is so good,they behave very nicely and take care of your needs. You can call anytime for extra blankets. Food quality is awesome and reasonable.

The road to hotel may be horrified you at night but please go there its a best property in ooty with good view. Rooms are neat and clean and view from balcony is awesome.. restaurant food is superb highly recommend..budget hotel with luxury..

Rooms are ok. but we had bitter experience on check in. I had paid online but front desk didnt accept and force to pay again. Called Oyo customer care, and received with some deductions.

Though there are no fan /ac , which we thought we might need it was freezing cold inside room in month of June. Room had mountain view. Close by all prime locations. Nice breakfast . Room was clean .had mirror and tv

Mobile phone stolen.Door locks of rooms are only for sake of name.Staff enters without permissions.Even a non staff member entered into one of our rooms without permission.Worst food ever.If you want to ruin your trip, please go here.Completely killjoy place

Best hotel for budget stay. Its little bit away from main market but its managable if u have ur own vehicle.All the rooms have one car parking, one balcony, one Almira, a king size double bed and a sofa.

Mobile not working and internet not working. Network issues or eslse everything is perfect. Room service excellent. Rooms are very specious. Very clean. Breakfast served after 8.30 am. Reception staff were great and very friendly. Met OYO property manager. Very kind person. Gave information about the tourist places. Overall great experience but the main issue mobile network and internet was not working.

The rooms are quite spacious, I think 3 adults can stay with comfort. Only thing I want the management to improve is cleanliness in details and parking spots (I had bad experience about it). Double thumbs up to the breakfasts served. It was so delicious.

Definitely NOT WORTH it.I contacted OYO Customer Service and asked for Hotel with Early Check IN which was 10 AM. They booked this hotel(2 rooms) and promised me that I can check in at 10 AM.When I reach the Hotel and they informed me that as per OYO policy check in time is 12.and Just gave me 1 room despite paying for 2 room. I can see that next to my room was vacant and not cleaned yet at 10 am. I asked them another room ASAP as I havent slept in the night. But they are very arrogant and ignorant and made me to wait for 2 hrs. They just gave me the 2nd room at 12 PM. because of this I almost wasted half a day in my 2 days trip. Also their Restaurant was terrible. Idly was like rubber ball. Please dont have Breakfast there. There is road side hotel on the way to Hotel. where you can have good Breakfast

The stay is not bad but not good. The problem is they dont have any hotels or a kitchen with them. We were struggling for food sometimes for coffee too. The bedsheet and pillow covers need more proper washing. Service was good. But for food, there were no arrangements made by them.

Had a very great and pleasant experiences with Bliss. Their Customer service is exceptionally super and excellent. Thanks for the Ambience to The Bliss and OYO.

Scammers. They will ask for extra money even after the full payment via OYO beforehand. Definitely stay away from this one. Also keep in mind, rooms doesnt even have fan let alone AC. Staffs are impolite and rude. They literally harass people.

One of the best hotel in Ooty. Boys are very happy to serve you. Swiggy & zomato service available. Breakfast is average as usual. Round the clock hot water available. Very special. I advise blindly book this hotel.

Not Worth it. Dont get misled by its name. Poor service, ignorant and irritating manager. Its located far from nearby restaurants and the hotel doesnt have proper facility to provide food. Theres a long queue for breakfast with limited options. It doesnt provide WiFi and the cell reception isvvery poor in this area.

Ppl who travel from Mysore and Bangalore it is little bit exterior located. Advantage:- room is spacious good and good parking, disadvantage:- tv not working, located exterior but free from traffic noise and etc, restaurant food ok ok taste better to choose Zomato/swiggy .

Stay is good, Only thing I did not like is the breakfast. They dont have a kitchen to serve lunch/dinner. On request they will bring it from other hotels.The road to reach the hotel is very steep uphill and the road condition is also not very good.

Good if you are on a tight budget. The location is also only suitable if you are traveling by your personal vehicle otherwise there are better options for ooty.

Best room service in a lowest price it is OYO room authorised and the balconey view is one of my favourite it also has restaurant which serves tasty meals and the morning breakfast is complementry. All these in Rs.850 per night

The view from the room was exquisite, you can see the scenic, picturesque Ooty. The room itself was overpriced compared to whats available in ooty at a better location with premium finishes.

Loved the cold temperature because of the hilly location, staff was really helpfull, a very nice stay.

Nice , new and spacious rooms with good view. The location is obscure and approach to the hotel is narrow and extremely steep. No electricity during the day so no room serviece . Food is horrible and limited .

The rooms are good but we cant call it a resort, its the normal hotel rooms. They are located a few kms away from the town so traveling back and forth is a pain especially if Yu dont have ur own transport.
