Ambience is great for Bikers. Should not trust on their promised delivery dates and also be careful with bike on road price quotes, definitely get cheated with extended on road assistance ,extended engine warrenty and also highly quoted insurance which all are almost useless. So please check your final quote and remove all unnecessary things from it. But they will try to convince as they all are mandatory but remember none of the extended services are mandatory. Harsh fact is there is no other option for Prakasam district buyers, All RE showrooms owned by Lakhana Automotives including ongole.

Service is very bad and loss money is more ..workers dont have that much experience in work .... maintainense is ok and management department is worest ....

It wont even worth a single star i booked 2 meteor 350 stellar blue custom bikes on feb 27 2021 they delayed it to august almost more than 6 months, and now my booking cancelled without any reason or intimation, showroom people and company people are blaming each other, but we are the one suffered. I am going to take legal action against this. Worst service. That ASM vasim dealing our order who dont even know how to do sales and became sales manager.

Such a worst experience I had in this showroom..I can see only one genuine and decent person i.e., the showroom manager... sales and accounts person show their attitude. They are not good in handling customer queries.Service also worst... They do water servicing but they dont clean the bike with cloth.... They charge 1140 rs for first service.. they dont have bolts to fit the number plate also......pathetic service......

Royal Enfield showroom..! Man its like heaven for bike lovers . It has almost all the normal models available to take to your ride . If you want any high end models you could place and order to import . But to mention its not a place for a middle class person who wants to lead an economical life in saving mode

Never, Ever make a mistake to buy ur dream bike from this showroom. After sale assistance is very very bad and also the assemble the parts of your bike very loose.Once u buy ur bike from these guys, your never able to reach these guys through phone.

Never got this frustrated of anything else.... no proper response. The only contact number is always switched off. I can understand this lock down period. But I dont think people get affected by talking on phone. Not sure why they are not responding on phone or whatsapp. Very worse management.

Had a good experience on all the RE bikes over here and the staf has a really a polite behaviour.

Poor service, here mechanics are not trained well. They know only replacing parts. They cannot fix the problem by repairing.
