Needs a LOT of improvement in managing the OutPatients1. No Sanitizer available in the floor anywhere neither near the entrance nor any where else in the floor.2. When asked Security he says outside near the entrance there is Handwash and I should go there. There water in tap available but NO hand wash liquid available. Dispenser had some Scrubber.3. Even a small clinic / RMP doctors are keeping sanitizers. Small shops in business area also are maintaining Sanitizers but such a big multi speciality hospital with many branches and being a listed company NOT maintaining the necessary standards.4. Washrooms in ground floor are stinky should have atleast cleaned often or atleast some cleaning agents to clear off bad smell.5. Ground floor over crowded and no seating available to sit. NO Social distancing.. looks like NOT required in Hospitals !!!??6. Situation of patients and crowd gives a feeling of Govt Hospital.

This is regarding the feedback on the COVID treatment done for me and my family at KIMS Hospital, Ongole.This is a very good hospital for the COVID treatment. The Staff and the doctors are very friendly and gave a moral support for us during our tough times. Especially the kind of treatment & encouragement given by Dr. Sri Harsha, helped us to get cured quickly. The Nursing staff also did their part in serving us with food and giving medicines timely. Also the Hourly care taken by them during our stay is really appreciated and I thank all of the team from bottom of my heart. With this I like to thank the management of the KIMS Hospital also for providing such a good infrastructure and good team in treating us and made our life better.

This is one of the worst hospital. dont go to this hospital.. they are very much money minded and are zero percent bothered about the patient. they billed the full day ICU charges by purposefully billing lately by 2 mins after 12 AM. and even the doctors are not experience or caring.

I have admitted my father for corona virus treatment. At the time of joining they have collected blood sample and charged me for around 10,000/- for various blood tests and at the time of discharge they only give reports for couple of blood tests and when asked about the others they didnt have answers. Even in the ward they have done saline IV insertion wrongly to my father and they say it will be useful in case of emergency. Its really tough to know how the whereabouts of the patient. Finally, one more point they do Rapid test and will not give any report about the result of the test.They claim it to be a corporate hospital, I doubt whether they really do treatment. They just cash the money based on publics fear and weakness.

My father under gone operation in this hospital it was successful, ICU treatment is very good.Hospital need improvement in below areas1. There was coordinate missing between staff nurse in ward.2. We stayed in double sharing room, room maintenance are very very poor not hygienic.

They simply asks to do many tests after hearing the patients words. They dont even check previous reports. After the test reports came they say nothing is there. Very dangerous to body organs. Better if you avoid such corporate hospitals.

My mother under gone one surgery in KIMS hospital Ongole and we had a bitter experience. As soon as you enter hospital Dr asks for is it insurance or paid(Bills will change if it is insurance). They prepared 2 bills,1) Open Bill with 1379772) Package Bill with 68495Initially they send open bill for approval and waited for sometime for Mediassist(My TPA) approval and hospital got a query asking for package bill.But hospital didnt reply because if they reply, they have to sent package bill.Actually they prepared Package bill also if it is not getting approved they thought of sending package bill in worst case.They made my mother to wait till 10 PM since morning and discharged after Mediassist have given approval for open bill and we paid balance amount. Note: TPA has to approve open bill if Hospital didnt provide package billLuckily I got both soft copies and I am sharing here. You can check admission no. on both billsPlease be careful when you choose KIMS Hospital.

But charged 10K INR bucks for that tests and reports.Given high dose medicines which includes anti biotics without fully understandinga the petient case. Finally fed up with the infection and turned into the high severe case ...Personally I suggest you to not visit this hospital.Ready to share feedback any time.

Heared about his hospital doesnt deserve single star.Very in experienced faculty to treat patients.One of my neighbor joined in this hospital for stomach infection treatment.They are not sure about patient health once they have done surgery.the surgery what they have done leads to death of my neighbor who is just in age 23 and she does not have any critical medical history before.It was worst thing to hear the process what they have done for the treatment.They informed her parents the patient in no more once after surgery done which takes place 2 hours before. With this we can easily judge what kind of standards either hospital/doctors it have.Finally they given separate bill amount of around 90K to discharge body i really do not understand what is the business strategy behind it even they are charged lot of amount for the surgery which is done.

I dont have option to give Zero thats why I am giving 1 star.Response from every staff member is so worst.For doctors appointment we should for long time more than 3 hours.Recommendations will treat as high priority even if we are waiting for more than 3 hours.They charge more for everything.Securiry will recommend to nurse for high priority, they will not care about others.I waitied from morning 9 to evening 7 for one appointment and scaning. They saved my fathers(Mahaboob) life.First we admitted my father in Narayana Hospital, Nellore, they did all the tests and advised to take him govt. hospital as his condition is out of control, From there we went to Sanghamitra,Ongole hospita, but they too refused to take the case and advised to take my father to Guntoor Govt. Very worst hospital which I have seen in my life. I took took an appointment with one doctor whose name was Raghu Ram Reddy. That doctor was talking to patients very rude. Another Doctor was asking the nurse in front of me, why his name was not entered in the Pharmacy for the prescriptions were written by him.Another lady Doctor, she dont even care about the patients waiting. In front of the patients who took appointment, few people directly went in and she was just chatting with them for almost an hour.This is how their maintenance of the hospital.They will write full of that test this test and all. Finally will conclude there is nothing to worry.

Especially the neatness and the maintenance of the hospital is so good. I am impressed that this is the best corporate hospital in Ongole. Doctors are very responsive and respectful. Doctor jagadhish neurosurgeon is very cool and soft spoken and very jovial and skilled doctor. My father was treated for 8 days in this hospital and for an accident and treatment was absolutely fantastic. Impressed by that later my mother also visited the this hospital for eye check up. It also very good. Doctor pavani treated very well and explained in detail about the condition.Thank you KIMS for the treatment.

I just visited once there to check with relatives condition recently. From what i seen for neatness I will give 4.5/ 5 but for because of the other responses I have given 3 star. My relative said that food is not good which is given to patients and it will have some Rice , sambar, curd, chutney and i thonk some type gerra rice. What I got frustrated is for 3 reasons is the security and nurses will come for every 5-10 min and will ask is everything is alright or not. Ventilatio is not good when you close the room door for which they are taking money.Coming to treatment they have waited us three days to do small surgery. Before doing surgery patients should not eat or drink anything. In those three days Every day they will come say today we will do surgery at 2:00 p.m. on first day we waited up to 4:00 clock even then there is response from doctors there after that when asked them they told us they will do the surgery tomorrow like wise it happened 3 days and all 3 days my relative havent eat anything from morning to 5 o clock on those three days.

We are taken treatment for our sister in kims neurology dpt ongole ,she was given good treatment ,she explained every thing in detail .prior coming to this hospital my sister has taken treatment in many hospital no improvement . i dint no that she is the only female neurologist in prakasam dt. she has done detailed neurological examination to my sister and has identified problem with basic tests.

Consulted twice for treatment to my family members . Ortho department is worst they will charge money but wont treat properly. Got good treatment in sanghamitra. Neurology dept is pathetic.. Even though u provide scanning reports she could not identify the issue. I am Saying this on experience with other doctors in hyd for the same issue. If u join there for any neuro issues, for sure the doctor will kill your time... Think before going to KIMS ongole. If the issue with nerves,she talks abouy grey matter and white matter of brain even after seeing the scanning reports( if a good doctor is consulted he would have atleast talk about marked nerves in reports where u can see nerve claughts). Waste of time and money and it may cost the patients life. If u dont know something please refer to others.
