Pizza and ramen was great, though it was kinda pricey. But the result is flawless food

Nice for a hang out if you are just getting drinks. Overall prices are too high for what you get. Small portions for the cost. I am sure they pay high for rent.. They are not going to bring in people to compensate by raising prices to a point customers will eat some where else, before, or after, they go to the mall.

The gentrification of the mall food court. :) Its nice to have some unique and tasty options outside of the chains youre used to seeing in mall food courts. Of course, that means youre going to be paying elevated prices. I think most people expect a meal at a mall food court to be cheap. Its very nice for a food court and has a variety of dining of options. Still, sometimes you just crave a slice from Sbarro or a drink from Orange Julius.The place is named for the company that owns all of the restaurants located within - Flagship Restaurant Group.

So many fun restaurants to vist!!! Much better than food courts with fast food chains. Everyone who comes there can find something they like!! I highly recommend it!! And note the sushi from yum roll is truly fantastic.

Juan Taco was excellent! I had the Fish (Cod) Taco with extra guacamole & the Beans & Rice were the best Ive tasted in a long time! 😋

That has been a long time since I have been here. I had almost forgotten why it was that I never come here. Well I finally did come back again today, now I remember exactly why I usually dont come here. Yes there are some interesting food choices, but I feel most of them arent worth the price they charge. Got four tiny tacos and a drink. It cost me $22. And I dont even want to think about how much it cost my wife and kids for their food. All in all we could have gone to a much nicer place and paid less for the family to eat. We all left hungry. Im sure there are many people out there who eat microscopic amounts of food and think themselves to be normal, who will dislike my opinion, but it is my honest one from my perspective. I will say this though, The food area is visually appealing, it feels somewhat nice and classy, and from what I have seen it is typically clean. Ive never had any problems with any of the staff they all seem nice enough, and its not like the food is terrible by any means, most of it is really good, just not worth the price in my opinion. I truly miss the old food court.

Great selection. Definitely keeping up with the times. My sister and I liked how each place had its own style and not just a box cut into the wall that served food.

Love visiting the commons. The food is great, the staff is always friendly, and I have yet to feel that it is too crowded. I highly recommend visiting!

The Cookie Shop well I got the popcorn think it was caramel and cheddar cheese popcorn at the Westroads awesome I dont know the whole name of the cookie place but it was so good in the service was Oak Point yes I had a great day off yesterday

Flagship Commons had such a different set of food options, we couldnt just pick one place!

This was my first time eating at this restaurant, and I had a steak burrito, the burrito was delicious but it just had to much rice in it for the money.

This is inside our Westcoast mall, I really do like this area but I miss the way it use to be, especially the food selection, hopefully some day it can be an addition to.

Went there on Tuesday afternoon , we ordered chicken strips and they were very good. But the lady at the order counter provided a very rude customer service. She even yelled at me when my food was ready to be picked up. If you are not happy then dont work in customer service job!!!!

Really well decorated up scale food court, but unfortunately most of the food here is not very good.I would rather eat at a dive restaurant wit great food than a fancy restaurant with lousy food. I recommend the restaurants here focus on making great food, to equal the decor.

I went to the Ice Cream place, cant remember the name. It was the best malt Ive ever had hands down. I didnt want it to end. Haha. The salted caramel is out of this world.

Amsterdam felafel and lamb/beef Kebabs were very good. Nice variety of sauces to add, and the quality of the food is impressive. Price is very reasonable. The seating area itself is very unique, with nice tables/chairs and an abundance of drink fountains. I always enjoy eating at this food court.

This is more than a food court, but an experience. A wide variety of different dishes to enjoy. First class!

We like stopping at flagship commons to find some good quick food. We have been getting some good soft shell beef tacos. They have a good cheese dip and tortilla chips. I am hoping to try ramen soup bowls on our next visit

Weirdest food court Ive ever seen... too many conflicting smells merged together. I didnt like it...

The food is good, but pricy. Still think the format is odd for a Mall food court.

Love the Yum Yum Bowl!!! Rice, lemongrass chicken, broasted brussel sprouts, sauce and toppings. The BEST!!!!!

This food court is absolutely amazing! All the food here is awesome and has a good variety of items. This is one of my favorite places to eat in Omaha and I totally recommend it. I would give it six stars if I could.

A nice store

I appreciate the classiness of Flagship Commons. It seems extra high end for a shopping mall, but they make it work. Its nice to have options if you are dining with a group, but there is still a be part of me that misses the old good court that entailed real fast food chain restaurants. If you go to Flagship, youll find unique food options, but it comes at a higher price. My favorite part is the fire place, seating, and lighting. They definitely have a swanky vibe, which is impressive since its in the middle is a mall!

I like the door no come back again

Going a little down hill, not sure if its because of covid. Food at some of the stands seem to be losing flavor...The janitorial staff is what I like about this place. They also help empty out your tray when youre done, and have your hands full! They definitely need alot of praise and raise! They are pretty dedicated during these hard times.

The food we got from the sushi place was amazing, but several of the restaurants were closed. I would have given 5 stars if everything had been open.

Food was fresh hot and good

-Nice concept which provide a high end dinning environment for a food court-come after 7PM for happy hour discounts since the prices are high.Give this place a try if youve never been here before. The concept is interesting for a food court, especially if youre old enough to drink since the bar is VERY open to the public. Summer and winter are great time to visit since there are live music during the summer and the fireplace is on during the winter. The Ramen is the best part (and best in Omaha), then comes the sushi next door which has rice bowls. The flat bread pizza are on the healthy side and there is even a stand just for salads on the other side of the food court. I didnt care for the falafel place, the sandwich and fries were a bit too salty for my liking. Taco shop has the cheapest food, but also great flavors as well. Finally, there is a coffee bar w/ gelato that focus more on coffee drinks (no fancy smoothies here so go to Scooters for that).

Ate at Amsterdam Falafel. Loved it! Have eaten a lot of falafel, and this is up there with the best. The pita was well grilled, the presentation was flawless, and the falafel were not dry. Enjoyed it immensely. Will be back.

I like the amount of vegan friendly and non vegan options here. Its always a place me and my friends can go and have all our dietary need met as well as being intimate and TASTY 🥰

Its much nicer to have these food courts vs individual buildings. They have a variety of options from gyros, burgers, pizza, sushi, etc so you can try a variety of things if you want. Plus theres a nice bar. These should be the way of the future! The staff can vary from place to place, but Ive had good service for the most part.

Wow! What a beautiful little gem this was. Crazy to think it was a food court in a mall! The design and decor were so stylish and fun, yet comfortable and simple. The food choices were unconventional but delicious- like the space itself.

Food was amazing from the taco place but the first soda/machine we went to had no ice and all the soda was warm. There was another area that was working fine. Really that was the only problem.

Some of the eateries there are still closed (or offering limited menus) due to COVID19 concerns, but the staff does a great job sanitizing tables and arranging seating to allow social distancing. Will be back again next week.

It’s nice to have “real food” in a mall. Convenient location, and everyone in a group could get something different. Still kind of weird it’s in a mall though, gives a strange vibe.

This place is currently a mess. Not one of the three fountain drink stations works. They didnt even brew tea. Experienced this on July 8 and again on Aug 11. Despite this, employees at two of the spots still sold us $2.50 (for 16 oz) fountain drinks, which we ended up filling up with the only thing that worked: the water fountain. Then, an employee from one of the restaurants came out to one of the fountain machines with a hotel pan that he then filled with ice from the machine because they were out of ice at the restaurant. He dropped ice around and under the drink station and left it. The restaurants themselves were so poorly manned that it took 45 minutes to get our food. The employees were working super hard, there just werent enough of them on shift. I hope this place gets it together because it used to be great.

A nice place to meet someone on a date or have a small group gathering. The place is clean, fire place is nearby, a decent size flat screen TV for all to watch, and this place is kid friendly as well. There are lots of places to choose from for food.

Best on weekday afternoons

Great atmosphere and vast array of food selections. I love that my sister (a vegan) and I (meat eater) can eat our respected meals without issue. Only down fall is that I love the sushi bar yet the prices are a little high. All in all I keep coming back!
