Completed my first travel assignment on June 11th. Was due to receive a $5,000 completion bonus at the end of my contract and its been a month and I have yet to receive it. Was told by the VP and DOO of Amedisys home health agency that the bonus was approved after weeks of being put off by my recruiter Chase B, and I still have not received it. Told my recruiter that I have to cancel my upcoming contract due to personal reasons and now they are refusing to pay out my bonus stating “liability issues.”I’ve reached out to Fusion to speak with the division manager as suggested and it is in fact my recruiter, who’s already proven less than capable of getting this bonus paid out to me. Now going into week 7 with no bonus.

They will attempt to blackball you. record every conversation with them so your have proof. theyre quick to ask you to apply and then backtrack on offers once they realize you cant be bullied by staff that do not have ANY relevant experience as a nurse, tech or position you apply for.

I have worked with Fusion for over a year and I do like the company. There have been some issues but when I addressed them usually someone has gotten ahold of me and apologized or corrected the problem. I do wish there was more communication with recruiter when starting a new contract.

Ive been a Travel COTA for 14 years. I found out today thru my OTR that my contract ended. NOBODY from this company informed me of the slightest. How ridiculous and humiliating IS this?You folks wanna try? Work here and find out. And BTW I WILL NOT BE TAKING THIS REVIEW DOWN.

Im an experienced travel nurse and I feel like my time was wasted. I was submitted to a hospital, and I was never updated on the status of the contract, according to the recruiter the hospital was just moving slow. The recruiter goes on leave and tells me another agent will take over and that she would send the contact info, that never happens. I call the company and explain the situation, Im directed to the voicemail of the team lead who also never contacts me. I look on their website and it says the jobs are filled . If youre interested in this company have back ups and options available.

Wonderful place to work. The agents are so personal and help with everything! If you want an employer that has your back and treats you like family, this is the place!!!!!

I started working with Fusion at the beginning of the pandemic. Before that time I wasn’t aware that there were traveling agencies for CNAs. All of the in-house staff have been some of the nicest people I’ve encountered in my entire work history. My recruiter Beth, is attentive reliable and works hard to get me the best contracts to suit my picky needs. There has never been any issues with compensation like some companies out there. HR representatives are on top of their jobs and quickly resolve any issues I have encountered thus far. Compliance representatives always make pre-testing headache-free. Im not sure how much longer I will continue working in the healthcare industry, but I see myself staying with Fusion for the duration.

It has been a joy working with fusion. Have loved my assignments and my recruiter is always there for me.

Recruiting staff works at their own pace. If they get to you they get to you and when they do it’s the same questions for about 3 days almost as if they forget anything u say as soon as u tell them. You better apply and get things done a year before u actually plan on traveling because that’s how long it’s actually going to take to do paperwork and to even find a job through the staffing agency. Good luck on actually getting a interview IF you were actually submitted for a job. By the time you’ll receive an offer for the job , it will have been closed because another person will have filled it much faster. So then the process starts ALL over again and there goes your year wasted when u can just go to another staffing agency who will at least get you information on newly jobs much faster so u have at least a 0.5% chance of getting a contract verses 1 million other people. FIND A BETTER AGENCY!

** WARNING ** ** WARNING **Where to start?? PICK ANY OTHER STAFFING COMPANY... I MEAN ANY!!! Unless you want to pay THEM to work.Contract start date 1/11/21 Long Beach CA.Arrived 1/10/22. 2 weeks later and footing the entire bill so far. They give us $800 “for our trouble”. Mind you now at the 2 week mark I have already paid out of pocket for airfare (from St Louis), hotel, rental car, gas and food. This contract is now cancelled because the “client” ( who told Fusion to not send us here yet) was not set up for us to start work. And fusion sent us anyway.We get a second contract sent to us for same client different location.Contract start date 1/25/21. Keep getting promised all kinds of things via email and text message. Yes you will get paid for those weeks when in reality no we won’t. We get in an email that we will get paid for the week of 1/18 (supposedly on 1/29) our total pay plus travel reimbursement etc. Well... are you surprised that now they are telling us they aren’t going to pay us on 1/29 and we have to wait until 2/5? And the amount changes every time they open their mouths...So being across the country for 4 weeks to WORK... I’ll barely break even with my expenses. Let alone be able to cover my car payment, mortgage and make sure my 4 kids at home are taken care of!!!SO if you are actually looking for a job that is going to PAY you or at least hold up to their end of the contracts, which by the way, are written to only benefit them and screw you any chance they can. Apply anywhere else!!!!!

At first I loved fusion my first contract was amazing. But then I had some health issues come in the way of my other contract. The company didnt help at all. My recruiter has gone ghost doesnt return texts or email or even phone calls. She hasnt helped find another contract or anything. Seriously disappointed.

Worst company to work for ever!!! the recruiter Jamie G lied to me the whole time. she had me move 2500 miles away from my home then abandoned me did not fulfil their end of the contract and renigged on the pay and reimbursments and even left my 16 yr old son and I homeless from not paying us DO NOT WORK HERE PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEART ACHE i have the emails and texts she didnt care we are to be homeless on the 26th of may 2021

I have worked with Fusion as a traveler for a year now as a new grad PT and am so grateful for how they run their company. Horrible horrible experience. 5 weeks into an assignment and no pay for ANY of my expenses. Honestly don’t work for this company unless you want to lose money. I’m out a ton of money and no one is communicating or helping me out whatsoever they constantly say they are “working on it”. What a joke. Oh and also all of this is because of huge mistake THEY MADE!! But I’m the one being punished!

Fusion has a great website where you can search jobs and compare easily. I love the transparency in their website you can easily see a ton of info about a job before you even apply for it! My fiancé had a contract with them and the recruiter was never an advocate for her. We had to pay for our housing for two extra weeks because they messed up the onboarding. They overpaid her the first week then we had to pay them back despite her not working full time hours. Then they took out 5 weeks of ins premiums at one time. The recruiter called her on Tuesday and asked if she would be willing to extend. The next morning she was called off by the hospital then called back in by her recruiter.When she got to work the recruiter called and told her the contract had been cancelled with not explanation. Then the recruiter failed to answer the calls of workforce services which held up her unemployment benefits. This company has screwed us over at every turn and when she ask them to match another companies offer he got upset. They needed to earn back our business which they failed horribly at. I really hope this company turns it around and it never happens to anyone else. They could have caused us to become homeless.

I was working with Fusion to switch companies, and everything was going very smoothly. I even really liked the recruiter I was working with. I found a great assignment that I could tell I was going to love. Fusion boasted about being a better company then they low balled me. It was quite an offensive offer, as a lab professional. The only time they offered to talk about it was when I took the contract from them and gave it to another company. Ended up making DOUBLE at another company. Fusion fell short when it mattered, so I had no choice but to ask their client to hire me through a different company and not Fusion. They lost me and their client instead of paying me what I deserve. Seems penny wise, pound foolish to me.
