Radiant Eagle fully insulated our attic but not before they did a number of repairs to correct issues with electrical and ventilation. They sealed air gaps and added some needed ventilation and brought up the insulation to R50. They were polite, very professional and on time keeping us informed all along the process. Our heat and air were running constantly. Knowing it was going to require more than just renting equipment or hiring someone to blow more insulation in the attic, we found Radiant online. After reading these reviews we were pretty sure we found our solution. They came out, looked everything over, showed us what they could do and gave us an estimate. After scheduling an appointment they showed up on time, did everything they said they would do in a very pleasant and professional manner explaining and showing me every step of the way and finished on time. They spent 80% of their time sealing/fixing everything, and 20% blowing in insulation. The co-owner even installed new vents and swept up. Our summertime energy bills have been consistently $20-$40 less than previous years in the months since, and the air has stayed at 72 degrees even on 100 degree days whereas before it would run all day and be 76-78 degrees by sundown. We had a concern about 2 months after the work was completed so I called the owner on a Saturday. He was at our house in less than an hour to accommodate my request and show me my concern had nothing to do with their work which it didn’t. If you want to throw money at your attic problems, rent yourself some equipment from HD or hire someone to blow more insulation in. If you want to correct your attic problems and have your improvement eventually pay for itself, call Radiant Eagle LLC.

Radiant came out and completely redid our attic insulation, finding numerous problems where we were losing heating and cooling. They took a lot of time to explain everything, took pictures, showed where they would do work to helping with sealing and insulating the house. Due to the structure of our house, we needed a good amount of Sprayfoam on knee walls, plus a substantial amount of new blown in insulation. To prep they sealed all seams and leaks, added baffle vents for better airflow, and even rerouted a bathroom fan for better exhaust and efficiency. Very high quality work, the crew was so nice and friendly, and the work was done professionally and completely. I completely recommend Radiant Eagle with no hesitation. Thanks again for everything!

Jesus from Radiant Eagle came to inspect my attic, and I relied completely on him to know what needed to be done. I was prompted by my home inspection that I would need my attic insulation to be improved. The team at Radiant Eagle completely reinsulated my attic. They removed all my prior insulation (3 inches of batting), spray foamed all air leaks, spray foamed vertical and 45 degree walls, insulated my attic hatch, blew in insulation for the whole attic to between 18-22 inches, and did it in 6.5 hrs. I got the estimate, and the work was done less than 5 days later. Very pleased! Highly recommend!

JP came and insulated our loft attic space and was very professional, reasonably priced, and great to work with! We got a pretty substantial ice dam over our front door last winter in our 100 year old house, and after investigation realized it was likely due to the fact that our entire top floor living space had NO insulation! Whoever renovated our house before we bought it didnt seem to think insulation was important.We called JP and he arrived to look at it same day. We discussed a couple of options and landed on what would work for us, and make the most sense when it comes to making our home more energy efficient and help prevent future ice dams.His team came out a couple of weeks later (scheduling issues on our part, not theirs) and did a great job. We got before and after photos of our crawl space for our records, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well. 10/10 would strongly recommend.

If you want your attic done right, Radiant Eagle is the company you want. Very thorough inspection of our attic revealed many problems. They gave a great explanation of what was needed and why, and what was currently happening in our attic because of the problems. The whole crew that came out was polite and explained everything as they went. They took many before and after pictures so you know exactly what is happening. We have had them back out to fix some basement insulation issues, and will be hiring them again in the near future for improved garage insulation.

We chose Radiant Eagle to spray foam our entire attic because Jesus did the best job of explaining all our options to us and gave us a great quote. Not only did they finish the work ahead of schedule, but they worked late on a Saturday night to complete the job in terrible heat so that we could get our a/c running again. They did an excellent job of not only spray foaming the entire attic but also removing all the old and nasty insulation that had been there for years and had mostly just been useful to the mice. We had a fantastic experience with Radiant Eagle! I submitted a request for a quote, we got the quote, and our insulation was installed all in around a week’s time. They took pictures to show us the problems and were very nice (as opposed to another company who quoted us and just complained the whole time). They also were able to remove our leaking skylight with no notice! Lastly, in this crazy heat wave our house is staying around 73-75* when before it would EASILY have been 85* with the AC running nonstop. Highly recommend.

This is a solid company! I had JP come out to give me a quote on insulation removal in a basement and to quote foam insulation in my attic and basement. I ended up having him quote me the demolition of the attic as well. Within 4 days of receiving that quote I made the decision to hire them for the demolition. They started and finished the job 2 days later. JP, Edgar and their crew are professional, hard working, have a great attitude when doing some tough work, and did a great job.

JP and his crew were very good and extremely hard workers. Its not often that the owner of the company is working right alongside his crew for 10-12 straight hours, but he did. He lived up to his word and at the end of the job he wanted me to do a full inspection to make sure I was 100% satisfied. They removed the antiquated rock-wool insulation from my 100-year old attic& dormers and replaced with foam. The R value is so much better now. Radiant Eagle LLC is a great company to work with. They insulated the walls and roof decking of my garage with closed cell spray foam. They did a fantastic job and the garage is now air tight and is easily heated with a small space heater. They performed great work at a very fair price.
