Best home builder in Omaha. Steve Faller and his staff were absolutely amazing through the entire process of building our custom home. Every detail was attended to, every cost accounted for and everything turned out perfect. We have been in the home for almost seven years and the quality of the build is still apparent with no unexpected issues to date.We also built an extremely energy efficient home and the home is performing as expected using only a third of the energy of a normal home or one built to code at that time. Not only does the home perform, but the practical experience Steve and his team gave us steered us toward good decisions that have mattered living in the home. Advice from Steve and team has made living in the home better everyday, especially in the winter when the sun melts our ice because of the suggested location of the driveway :)Thank you, thank you! We built with landmark 3 years ago. They have been absolutely wonderful, they always remove their shoes when they come to my home the work done is superb. They are always respectful of my time and nap time for my children. We built 3 years ago and I still feel comfortable contacting staff if I have questions about anything. It is worth it to build with landmark. My husband and I are SO thankful we went with quality instead of the cheaper options out there!

We built with Landmark in 2017 and had a great experience. Steve and Jana were great to work with in the beginning stages, as we made some changes to an existing floor plan (2-story, Newport w/side load garage). They always made time for us if we had a question, or wanted to meet with them. Our supervisor and selections coordinator were very responsive and always got back to us in a timely manner. If we had any questions or concerns, they would get addressed right away. If I had to point out a negative, there were a few loose end items that were still being finished up during our final walk thru, but in the grand scheme it wasnt a big deal.I would also like to point out that there were no surprise overages, and everything stayed within our price point. With the hundreds of things that could go wrong when building a home, Landmark pretty much knocked it out of the park for us! We would definitely build with them again. Thank you Landmark team!
