I cannot say enough GREAT things about the staff at this store. I found a motorcycle in their inventory while traveling for work in the D.C. area. I called the store and reached Frank a salesperson whom was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. What I was after was an amazing price, best in the country, I searched! Many people were looking and calling on the same MC as I was, and I just happened to be headed that way the following week for vacation. The sales manager put an administrative hold on the MC until I could arrive and look it over. Finally arrived and made my purchase within minutes. The quality and price were unbeatable. Because I was on vacation I did not take delivery of my new/used MC for days so they held it at the store until my departure date. I told Frank I would be back to get it and riding it home 600+ miles that day. Frank took such good care of me that he had management and service put on a fresh set of rubber (no charge) and made sure the MC was 100% ready for the trip. THAT IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will definitely be looking at W.O.P.M. for any future purchases I make. It is worth the trip!

This dealership and their people are wonderful people and absolutely helpful every step the way. We came all the way from Naples to this dealership for my DREAM Motorcycle (Yamaha R1) which fortunately was in stock and also unfortunately the only one in the blue color within a 200 mile radius! We were greet by Frank at the front door and he help us get approved and everything, he also understood how much we wanted this bike. And he help us get this bike and an easy way to transport it to our home without any worries. There was a few complication along the way but hey nothing in life is easy and they were helpful to find solution and new ways to over come the complication. I recently purchased my first liter bike from West Orlando Powersports and can’t help but leave a review. Frank was my primary salesperson I was in contact with and he was extremely prompt to all my calls and messages. I never had to wait longer than fifteen minutes for a reply EVEN HOURS AFTER THEY HAD CLOSED. I want to tell my story as the whole experience was a blast. I live in Panama City which is around ten hours round trip, the reason I went with this dealer was because of how clean their motorcycles were, this carries over to all their vehicles as I will talk on later. Once I had settled on a bike Frank gave me his personal phone number I could call or text at any time. Being that I was ten hours away I had one shot and it needed to stick. After a long five hour trip there she was in all her 1000cc glory, my god was she beautiful it was love at first sight, as if the Yamaha engineers had just finished constructing her, and keep in mind this was a USED BIKE. It took me no longer than ten minutes to finish up the paperwork and I was on my way. This was almost a bittersweet moment as every single vehicle they have is in immaculate condition and I was having a blast looking at all their different motorcycles ranging from beginner bikes all the way up to a Hayabusa. They also have enough motorcycle and dirt bike gear to dress an army with and a good variety to boot, ranging from Shoei to Fox. While I was loading the bike onto my trailer one of the employees came out and offered to help me load it. I was not expecting this at all and was just one more reassurance that I had made the right purchase. I WILL be making the ten hour trip again when I inevitably want another motorcycle, I can’t recommend them enough. My only complaint is that they aren’t about nine and a half hours closer, as none of the local stores near me come anywhere close to the quality. I was so impressed with the service at West Orlando Powersports. My father, who lives out of town, had asked me to check out 2 jet skis for him. I walked into the lobby and was lucky enough to have Chris as a salesman. He took my 4 year old and I out to see the jet skis and was incredibly knowledgeable on the history of the skis, including maintenance, where the skis were used, mileage, what equipment came with them, as well as warranty packages. Besides being knowledgeable about his trade ,Chris is a genuinely nice guy and was great with my son; he even let him get up on the jet skis and pretend to ride. My dad decided to buy the skis and had a fantastic experience dealing with Chris, even from afar. Chris just delivered the jet skis to our house and was great about communicating since the time we met him. We would absolutely go back to West Orlando Powersports in the future. My boyfriend had been all around town looking and talking to other companies and all he got was rude associates as well as poor service. So he finally found Chris, and what a pleasure it was to work with him. Went to pick up an outlander 850 because they were one of the few dealers to currently have one , the sales guy Frankie was great and the financing guy Frankie was very pleasant to work with as well , however his manager I believe his name was Rob ( not 100% sure ) is a very rude person who really doesn’t understand what customer service is , I work with people as I have my own business and not only do you want to sell something you want to sell something to a happy customer so that they return with friends or buy something else from you . I understand that under this current situation there are limited vehicles cause of demand , but the way Rob goes about it is basically like disregarding your hard earned money just cause he has the ATV and can just sell it to another guy. Basically told me in a very semi professional way for me and my friends to go F myself if I wasn’t happy with the price cause he doesn’t negotiate anything.

Went in looking for two jet skis and did not get greeted. I had to approach someone and as he browses on his computer for inventory, which they had none, I just stood there. 1 star for customer service, 3 stars for motorcycles and 4-wheelers as they seemed to have a lot. The next week I called Chris to tell him I was coming in to get the bike that afternoon. By the time I got there, he already had the bike processed and ready to go! With the help of their finance guy Mario, who was very helpful in explaining all of my options, we knocked out the paperwork In no time, and I was on my way home on my new toy! I was very impressed with both the customer service and speed at which they were able to get me in and out. I just arrived home from picking up my new Seadoo 2021 Fish Pro. The sales process was straight forward due to the demand for these units but the communication was far from clear and comfortable. With all the recalls and issues these units have had the dealer should be more proactive than they displayed. One of the true brighter sides to the dealership is the service dept and Josh Trusdale who went out of his way to make the handoff or delivery of the unit very smooth and comforting. I am confident that if and when I need help from this dealer for service I will be in good hands.

I bought a Seadoo GTI 170 SE in June from Marco at West Orlando Powersports. It is a crazy time to buy due to high demand and unknown shipping dates from BRP. I kept checking in over a 1 month period to see if new product had arrived. Marco kept me on his list, and when I checked in mid June, he had my model. I do wish he had called me when they arrived. The Purchase process was easy, although the assembly time took two weeks (too long IMO), supposedly due to a broken forklift (suggestion: if you entire business relies on one piece of equipment, buy another or rent one while the other is down). Marco gave me a life vest to make up for the inconvenience and once it was ready, they delivered it right to my local lake boat ramp. Marco was professional and I would buy from him again, and everyone in the shop seemed low key but helpful - which I like - no pressure.

Price gouging, quoted over the phone 85$ came in and paid 508$ theres a reason I did not buy the Can-Am there and should not have taken it there for service either. STAY AWAY.Owners response is long but doesnt justify the price gouging taking place at west Orlando power sports, nor could you justify why its so much, theres clearly multiple reviews from others saying the same thing, and dont worry about my 1 star reviews, being a local guide I go out of my way to inform ppl of places like yours.

Terrible sales service...went there to buy or order a bike and pay them to have it delivered. Nobody acknowledged us except for the checkout desk guys when we were visible to them. They advised they would notify one of the sales guys which were understandably occupied at the moment. Time passed and not so much as a nod from sales- eventually counter guys talk to one and we can hear them, sales guy says the bike was sold, counter guy says well can you talk to them (btw if he has he would have had the easiest sale because we literally just needed him to order the bike for delivery) but the sales guy couldn’t be bothered. I wasn’t wasting more time. Took a short drive to another dealership and they took great care of, since we’re buying a second bike and referring friends we already know where we’re going. Tried to stay local.

Chris was very helpful and professional with assisting me to trade-in my 2001 Goldwing for a new one. Purchased a 2018 Goldwing that was old stock but had no previous owners. As this bike was a few years old, Chris was able to steeply discount the out-the-door price. Rode the new Wing out that day following a very pleasant negotiation with Chris.

I went in two years ago to purchase a pre owned sport bike, I asked to test drive the vehicle and they would not let me. Insisted that motorcycle dealers do not allow test drives. Being new to the motorcycle world I figured they were right. My credit score is and was above excellent and they slammed me with 17% interest and never disclosed anything to me. All they said was your payment is this, sign here, here, here, and here. Please do not go here, save your money and go else where. Then when I went to complain on the phone they did not care, and said well you signed, and its not our problem. Scammers in my opinion, taking advantage of people. Im glad this is how they want to do business in a local town near Winter Garden, FL.

I recently drove 4 hours to this dealership to purchase a jetski when no one else had one. I delt with Frank and he was honest, helpful, and patient with all my needs and questions while purchasing. The dealership was also nice on the inside and had cool inventory. Will definitely recommend, Ive delt with alot of other rude dealers and these guys are not that. Thanks Frank!

Powersports Orlando was a superb experience. In particular my sales guy Chris was fantastic, he exemplifies, the right tone, effort and continuing support to his customers. He is extremely knowledgeable of the product and goes the extra mile to have outstanding communications throughout. I am sure the Power-sports hierarchy know he is an invaluable asset to the team. My Response To Owner Response: I am now buying the Fish Pro from a dealer in Tampa Bay, which is even an hour further away than your dealership. Yes inventories are tight right now, but this dealer was willing to take a deposit, as every other dealer I have ever dealt with will do, and even hold it until next week...no problem. Your local customers over out of town customers policy became apparent once Andrew realized I was not local and starting resorting to texts and not calling me back until I called twice more and then asked him to call me via a text. If you dont want out of town business, because it may not result in ongoing service business, then dont put out of town customers on your call list.Ultimately I dont hold Andrew responsible for your sales policies, though the 2nd class text treatment and not taking the time to discuss or present purchase numbers to me was not appreciated. I also did not just hang up on him as you are trying to represent. I asked him to go to a sales manager and explain the situation and to see if you could hold a deposit or the ski until I drove down there. He said that management said no, so I said ok, forget about it, and then hung up, as most people do when a call is ending. You can try and paint it anyway your want, but its not a geography issue or a misunderstanding, its your poor sales policy and how this was handled. First negative review I have ever posted for any business by the way.My Original Review: Dont waste your time unless you can be at the dealer in 5 minutes. I was on a call list for Ski-Doo Fish Pros. Got called and I offered to put a deposit down, because I live 2 hours from store. I was told they would not take deposits. I explained I didnt live in town, but I asked for a quote anyway. Andrew said he would call me back, but then he decided to just start texting me. Apparently not willing to work with out of town buyers. Totally unreasonable to not accept deposits and offer to hold for a day or two. Ski was still in crate and not even built to sell anyway, so I was expected to drive 2 hours, buy the ski (if it was still there because they wouldnt take a deposit), drive back home and then drive back all over again to pick it up once it was built? Horrible sales philosophy. How you treat people when sales are good is a window into how you will handle things down the road. A totally unpleasant experience.

I was an out of town motorcyclist and picked up a nail in my almost brand new rear tire. OUCH!!!Josh and Scott were very professional and understanding and had my new tire installed in less than an hour. Thanks.Doug
