The best! Excellent service department experience. One of the best HD dealers around.

Service dept did not state over the phone they dont replace inner tubes without buying a new tire. Had to find out when I got there. No need to act arrogant about it either. 3 stars only because the parts guy was old school cool using catalogs and sold me an inner tube. Brought me wheel elsewhere for service.

Service department has arrogant and unspethic service representatives. You feel like they are there just for a pay check. You may get one person out of the few that works there helpful to you but over all they pick and choose how and when to be of service. Ive experienced far better service at other Harley-Davidson stores. Dont get service from here if U can help it.

I purchased 2 motorcycles at this dealership ... always friendly, with a smile in their face. Best part of making a deal; they don’t push for the extra stuff (extension warranties, coverage, etc.) they go for what you want and need. They’re open to listen if you have concerns about your purchase.

Kevin in parts was awesome. I showed up just at closing, the door was locked. I figured oh well Ill come back tomorrow. Went back to my bike , and the opened need a part? The man said, I do as Im walking in the door women pulls up, are you guys closed? Yes mam. I get to the parts counter, Kevin is wrapping up his day, what can I get you? I tell I need 05 1200 exhaust gasket, I swear on a stack of bibles he turns around, and someone hands him the gaskets like they were expecting me, I didnt call, I droped in on a whim, cuz I was just passing by, but really needed the gaskets. I asked him if he read minds on the side. Any rate I was in and out, in about 3 min. No lie. I went outside, looked at the building, yep Oakland Harley-Davidson. What ever you guys have done to change, Im liking it and keep it up. If I could, I would give you more stars. Thanks for the awesome experience.

Bought a Harley from them, they did not negotiate - I even got a warranty on a used bike. I really wanted it and I just went for it. If I could do it again I would probably buy used. BUT - with that said - I am glad I got from Harley so I knew the bike would be sound.No complaints on the bike - very happy. Also had a battery issue, as one does. The battery went bad, originally they told me they wouldn’t replace it.With that said - I did get in touch with the owner and he was able to help resolve the issue. I would recommend this shop over other shops I’ve heard about.

Oakland HD has great staff and are very informative and willing to let a first time Harley purchaser ask lots of questions. Will continue to stop in and purchase future accessories.

Unfortunately Harley Davidson the company doesnt care about their merchandise, because most of their items are All on backorder 😠😤😡🤬 Nationwide.. Nothing due to Covid-19.. Neglect. An inside source gave me the 411.

A very knowledgeable group of people. The staff is also friendly, respectful and helpful. I was told by other Harley-Davidson, and motorcycle repair shops that they couldnt install my Scorpio Maverick motorcycle alarm system. But Oakland Harley-Davidson said it wouldnt be a problem.

Had a great stop at Oakland HD and picked up a couple parts.The staff were good people and helpful and there was a ton of parts, gear and accessories to choose from.Definitely recommend stopping by for a shirt, parts or to get a new Harley for your garage!

If there was a negative star this dealership would get it. I purchased a Harley from this dealer ship from Gina and GM even helped Seth Magley. I got my Harley in September 15th 2020. I have still yet to have registration and plates for my bike. I have done everything they have asked of me and I keep getting told that due to covid and holidays there are delays. I work at a Toyota dealership and have seen my customer get there plates in way less time. I also have friends that have gotten bikes after me that have there registration and tags with in weeks of filing. This dealer ship does not care once you walk away or drive away they have made my first Harley experience a nightmare and I unfortunately cant ride my bike. I wish I never got a bike. I wish I never walked in that dealership. it is now going on 6 months February 4th my birthday and I cant ride my Harley. Thanks Oakland Harley

Awesome HD dealer in Bay Area

I’ve been visiting this dealership over the past few years and have always had a 5 star experience here. The parts and service team are top-notch and are very knowledgeable. The service department does excellent work and are a pleasure to do business with.The sales team is one of the nicest groups of people I’ve ever interacted with in this type of setting. I’ll definitely be purchasing all future motorcycles from the folks in Oakland and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.I’d give the whole operation 10 stars if Google would let me. They are the best in the business!

Staff here were super friendly and accommodating. While waiting for financing to go thru we were treated to a tour of the entire facility and offered refreshments. Big showroom floor with plenty of bikes, parts, clothing and they even rent motorcycles. Go here to buy your new ride!

I drove through the parking lot and saw sic Harley Davidson Unfortunately at Im not ready to finance one side drove back out of the parking lot in Winter my Union home paid my Union dues

I dont write much, but today I have to share my experience at Oakland Harley Davidson. I came in close to the closing time today to pick up a helmet and a jacket. I can say for a fact that this place is special. I was helped by Liesl and it was great. The whole place from the selection of bikes and clothing is top-notch, there is so much to see. Will be taking my Fatboy for service there from now on for sure. Thanks!

Need you ask? Its HD of Oakland. Its huge and they have a lot of bikes. Got some really clean used ones also.

Told them my price range and the purpose for the bike. They got me excited about a certain model and then boom the bike is close to 17000. I would understand if had been 2k over my range. I was going to cash out too. My fault for thinking people were honest but in the end I will get what I want. If youre a new rider I would not come here. They just helped make a decision and go for a Zero bike. Thanks Harley. :)

They sold me the wrong part. Now I have to go back to Oakland from San Jose. But I am sure that they will current the problem. When they do they will receive 5 stars. But until then they get 3 stars 🌟

Had a great experience at Oakland Harley Davidson - the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and treated me with respect. They allowed me to test ride the motorcycles and did not pressure me into purchasing but were very open with the process once I decided to make the move to buy. Seth and his team were great to work with. Immediately felt part of the HD family.

Nice clean and friendly but building inside and out was industrial and not warm and comfy feeling.

The Harley Dealership on Hegenberger in Oakland is top notch. I met with Brian on the sales floor today and he was very helpful and knowledge. I highly recommend stopping in and checking out some bikes or picking up a last minute Christmas gift like I did.

Had a fantastic experience, rode many bikes and finally settled on a 2016 Road King - love this bike. It’s a head turner, but then most Harleys are, Am I right? The sales team was super cool, loved working with them. Bought my bike from Tach- sorry on the spelling brother! He was awesome - we rode a few bikes had some fun. Highly recommend Oakland HD, I’ve been to others, they don’t match these guys!!.

Excellent service department experience, Jayden took care of my bike no problem

Was sold the prepaid maintenance program and was never fully informed. They were closed and the finance person quickly told me what and where to sign without explaining completely. As a result my PREPAID maintenance program has expired and I only received 3 out of the 6 PREPAID SERVICES because I dont put a ton of miles on my bike. I was told its my maintenance program and I can use it anytime the mileage says its due. Never explained it expired, never explained it is through a 3rd party company. I will be consulting a lawyer and will see Oakland Harley Davidson in court. I should either get a refund on SERVICES i didnt receive or honour the god damm PREPAID SERVICE PROGRAM that they sold me

So, come on, I will never go anywhere else obviously. Done and done. Im going to sell the FRANKENSTEIN Harley special back to them for a lot. Then buy it back and sell it for parts.
