Cheaters ......They sold me a 10000 rs plan benefit for only 999.When I took my car for service they billed me approx 23000 for items which could have been there in my car for next 5 years but they made me realized parts need to be changed or when car is at high speed driver may not be able to control the car .And worst to it this car service station has shut down .I couldnt even get my services of my initial plan .

Carmasterss services are commendable. It is a modern and advanced service center for four wheelers of all brands. I get both my cars serviced from here only. Their service time and service charges, both are less and the quality of service that they provide is unsurpassed. I have also given my car on other service centers as well but so far carmasters is the best . Located at a prime place, it is easy to drop and pick-up the vehicle.

I went there for car servicing and some minor repair works of my Honda Amaze. As I reached the centre early, people were easily available and attended to my car immediately. After the initial conversation, I was told that the service will take around 1and half hours. Waiting hall had seating arrangement that was ok. Coffee was served in a dirty cup which I left as such. I had to wait for around 3 hours and more when I received my car. I felt that there is lack of coordination between the management and workers. Car wash was not done properly, charges for engine oil differed in the bill that I received initially. Cant say whether they really put the engine oil for which I was charged a lot more than the initial bill. The management is trying hard to make more customers but I think they will have put in more effort.

Worst service and worst behaviour of car masters team.Actually the are not masters they are begginers. They offered me good service promise but after service i felt like cheated.Air filter box was open. Dont know why but they did something with steering as well and left it loose.I would recommend not to go car masters for any service assistance.

Great Experience it was. Got my car in time as promised by them. All problem resolved. Hats off!

Nice service provider & very hospitable staff. Charges are genuine. Got my Honda City car serviced.

They are chaeter, they distributed many coupons for 999 and promised alot of services... then after 2-3 months they shutdown & ran away. The other center is in kaushambi behind EDM mall however whe n u reach there they will deny service saying they have no tie up & they themself are fraud.I got yo know that it was Mr.Kamal who was managing all this & when i talked to him he promised me a callback n never did.he is now working in A50 sec 64 as a director for some IT comapny.total fraud ..

Most pathetic service, I thought they resolved my car issues, but accelerator started making that noise again, for clutch repair i went to company service center and their price was low than carmasters and service was much better. I believe car masters changed or did something with my clutch as it went bad only after their service,Will never go to carmaster again. It was a mistake to go there I realised.Please do not go and spoil your money and time here.

Usually people do not prefer visiting independent workshops like Carmasters, i got my car serviced first time outside authorised service centers and they have prooved me wrong.. Satisfied and Trustworthy.

Carmasters team visited my residential society in July 2017. They had comprehensive 999 plan :) that included 2 years lucrative services. I had to get my car serviced, so i took that plan for Rs 999. I could not visit their location and forgot later. Today i remembered and i tried contacting all of their numbers but none seems operational. Then i called one of the team members who visited my society. He told me that his team was laid off by Mr. Kamal around 7-8 months ago and now he is unemployed and have no clue about the company. Then i tried the no provided on the google search result. that came out belonging to GoMechanic, and the lady on call also did not have any clue how that number is appearing on carmasters search result. overall in plain words, i have been duped for INR 999.

Had a pathetic experience, highly unprofessional staff, no co-ordination among themselves, extremely disappointed.I suggest never visit this place if u love u car and money.They will lie u on your face. Recommend u to please record all the conversation u have with them because they will later on straight away deny on ur face.

Not good

Not happy as they dont take commitment seriously even after taking the huge time that is much higher than other providers. Got disappointed by staff and adviser. took more than a week for small denting and painting that should usually takes 4-5 days but they were not able to delivered in a week.

They have cheated with customers they collected money and flew away both service centers are closed...will go to consumer court and suit a case
