Had booked taxi on the basis of Google rating. But my experience is as under:1. Vehicle allotted was of 3rd class quality with worn out tyres.2. It got punctured thrice. Surprisingly Stepney was also punctured. It took 12 hours to reach Nainital from Noida. 10 hours to return.3. Owner allotted one student as driver. He was not a regular driver.4. Driver was not aware of the route to Nainital. Was dependent on Google map.5. Horn was not in working condition.6. Private number vehicle allotted. It was not even commercial vehicle.Overall it was a very risky affair for my parents to travel in this cab.Learnt that even its a bit expensive, better to go for Goibibo or MMT or similar agency instead of relying and trusting local taxi service.
