This company is growing and now a CMMI level 3 company, the company culture is open and good. There are hangout area where you can work. Timings are flexible.Good for freshers, as I said its still growing so lots of changes in company going on from time to time.Some have said that increment is an issue, but that needs to be seen.Overall company is great place to work.

Display NOW is digital signage software that lets you send your content to any number of screens. Successive Technologies made Display NOW possible. Its hard to find talent that is able to run with requirements and a mockup with little oversight and build out a fully functioning system. They really know their stuff and take the time to get it done right. Its been a pleasure to work with them and I look forward to the years ahead.

Fuddu banate hai, never go for it, first they will take your interview like time pass for more than 5-6 rounds and when its HR round then no call no response niether they will pick your call norany response on mail.

Hire and fire environment. Lots of politics. I dont know how its rated so well on google. Probably rating is maintained by some team. Actually, its a big shop which runs on rules that benefits only the employer not employees.

It used to be a good company with deserving people in the management, however most of them have left and the leadership has become incompetent and lack transparency. Your growth will come to a standstill eventually because of some undeserving people managing you as the company is quite prone to dirty politics.

I worked for the organisation for 3 years as a developer. I personally found the organisation to be supportive towards their employees. The organisation likes to cherish good work.However, it really plays a big difference in what team you are in. Most of the dev teams are well run where as some teams like the Requirement Gathering team and the Project Management teams are an abomination. They let go skilled and knowledgeable individuals and 1 a.m. drunk dialing Managers are celebrated.Notwithstanding with one bad element, the organisation ends up creating top grade individual contributors.The location for Noida office is abysmal.The neighbourhood is really dirty, prone to theft and you wont find a food joint anywhere near.

Today only I have attend this company interview. It was my first experience with big team company. The respected person who taken my interview he was supportive and friendly. Mostly I like the company work culture and dedications. My performance was not good because of my nervousness. Thats was my mistake but the person who was taking my interview thanks to him he support me and unable to realize me I was nervous. And also thanks to HR to give me Opertunity to give interview as ASP Dot net developer.

Its around 2.5to 3km far from metro station. Parking facility is availaible there for both bike and car...
