This is an most idiotic service what I got from estartup. I have applied for my GST on 4th Sep 2021 & I got my GST approved on 25th Sep 2021, so it has taken more than 20 days where they have assured of 4-5 days, I am okay with the delayed approval & I have handled the Physical verification of the GST Officer my self & got it approved.One Mr Jitesh is the person who handled my application & he is an irresponsible guy like he will never answer the call in one time we need to call him repeatedly & he has put in his email ID while applying for my GST & he got my login credentials & he has changed both login ID & Password with wrong spellings without my permission.I never recommend estartup to anybody as well I will post this feedback in all social medias such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram etc.

Great Service From Ms. Vandana and Ms. Shelly. Mr. Ashutosh has been a helpful point of contact. They all make sure we sign everything on time. I think they should have a startup plan as well for companies like ours which have max 5-10 transactions a month, it will become cost effective that way, if not then some small services like filing NIL for GST9 type services shouldnt be charged at full.
