Worst staff, toxic environment. They think since they are offer higher packages as compared to others they bought you. Even if you are unemployed dont join or go for interview. HR has no manners at all. But if you believe in positive reviews here, god bless you and hope you dont lose your mind.

IT service company with clients all around the globe.It all depends on the manager you are working with.In my case they were highly technical and super cool. So I am glad I was part of this organisation and my journey was super good.They take care of the employees too, vaccination camps were organised and WFH setup, remuneration is also provided for the same.

Worst management that I can think of. Managers are highly overconfident and think they have purchased the employees, treat employees like laborers. I was interviewed at this company and a manager who interviewed me seemed promising and nice , although mangers are not typically nice 🙄they run your background verification as if they are hiring for FBI,CIA or for the post of defense secretary of India. They will ask you about what have you eaten before coming for interview so that you dont fart in the middle of interview as it is highly secured company. HR people are so rude and casual in behavior they starts speaking Hindi like a those who live on roads. I had worst experience meeting the Manager Pooja khurana who seemed very uninterested and can barely smile or shake hand properly. I think this company is ALL SHOW NO GO ..HR people expect you to return access card when you have left the company ...stupid people dont know access card can be blocked from I.T guys of the company 🤭🤭🤭🤭.lucky me Im not the part of this company.

1 of the worst companies to work for !The Management is in complete shambles. To get their job done, people do personal favors to the Management. If youre their favorite, you can enjoy your professional life by working for 2 hours & doing flattery stuff for remaining of your shift but if youre on their radar, theyll make your life nothing but hell.On a similar note, scores of their favorite employees are always above par while others keep on cribbing month-over-month because of unnecessary score deductions which leads to low quarterly incentives.Politics & personal favors come here 1st, Client work comes later !

Rude to employees. They are not clear with Thier interview criterias. A non technical person will ask you questions which are not in mentioned in resume. Its a client based job for 6 months. No job security. Hr is too rude.Its full time waste to go for interview in this organisation.

After reading all the reviews, it may seem good company to me however I have just started working with RSystems so cant say much about it yet. As far as Im concerned, working environment aint that bad. Ive come from BPO background so will take time to adapt things here in KPO as Im new in this field. Getting bored here everyday. It may be one of the best companies in medical field but theres no fun working here. It feels like you have turned into a Zombie the moment you entered as there is no fun. However management is awesome. Got no issues from management or transport at all till now. It may seem like a zombie-company to me because Ive only worked with BPOs that may be one of the reasons I find it like that. But Id agree on this that its the one of the highly systematic companies Ive ever worked with and looking forward to make my career brighter while working with RSystems. Im grasping things here gradually and as I just started so I need some time to get settled here. Keeping in mind, how the management works and a good enviroment one will get here, Im going to give it four outta five.
