I am currently working and really liked this place. A good environment for work and neighbourhood is really enjoyable.Besides that, infogain is best for improving your skills and knowledge and you get appreciated for your good job.The lunch quality is really best of all and rental is cheaper though.Easily reachable and near to the metro station(just take the shared auto for Rs10) and you will reach there in like 10 minutes

They collected only resume. No value of employees.I have cleared two technical rounds. I received mail from the HR you clear all technical rounds and your Final round with HR. I came to the company.She asked me my backgound , salary and everything. After that, she told me us give one day time. We will let you know.Everything is going good but She called me thank you for coming and try next time.I request to everyone please be aware of this type behavior.

People here are full of knowledge and skills... You can easily locate the place because its outside of busy roads... You have to got to be lucky to find a parking nearby...

I was working with this organization, the worst appraisal every year even though if you deserve. Upper Management is very smart in playing politics they give you lollipop like sending on-site giving incentives or increment but once after appraisal done they literally show their colours. Partiality is very common in this organization. I would suggest whenever they will promise you something, kindly ask them in written.THEY WANT RESOURCE TO JOIN WITHIN 15 DAYS, BUT THEY WILL NOT LET YOU LEAVE THE ORGANIZATION WITHOUT SERVING THEM 90 DAYS NOTICE PERIOD.

This is my first MNC to work with and I just love it. Not just because its my first, but the people and the working environment here is just awesome. May be this is because I am working with companys best team in the project.The level of the knowledge my seniors have is outstanding and the best thing is, they guide like an elder. I came here as 2 years experienced but was a fresher reason being I was in a very small IT company and never used the technologies. Worked here for 3 years. 2013 January to December 2015. Good onsite opportunities if you are hard working and capable of taking on challenges. Despicable policy of making junior software engineers work way more than any other senior employee, paying them way less BUT considering the actual work experience as training for 9 months on paper irrespective of how much you accomplish.Met some great leaders (in US/India) during my tenure with Infogain. Some policies do need revamping so the company does not lose on its talented employees.

Worst Organisation.HR and Managers force the employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor.You are considered as a animal rather than a human being.NO work life balance , you have to work for 12 hrs or more daily. Very hectic schedule.Managers think they are only running the company. They will kick you anytime they want.

No value for employeesFirstly, I got three mails from Infogain, stating telephonic interview, then other two stating face to face.I confirmed for telephonic round, Ayushi mailed that no we cant get telephonic interview. Wrong mail. Then, I visited office they checked every stuff, kept pendrive on gate. Almost took 15 minutes to make card for entry. It is a very popular IT Firm in Noida. Its a purely Service Based MNC, though some people mistakenly take it as a Product based company. Its good for freshers/low experience, but not so good for experienced ones. Salary hikes are not good as compared to other companies. Appraisal cycles get delayed by 6 months(twice happened in last 3 years). They give u good hike only in two scenarios : Joining Time or In case you plan to resign and you are an important part of the team.They usually have a Hire and Fire policy and almost everyone knows about that.P.S. Good.Infogain is famous for hiring and firing. It has been its mantra. It goes blindly for hiring on the basis of what it can get materialized the projects which are in pipeline.If it did not workout it just start firing again blindly. The hiring process is based on the principle, we need X employees. Afterwards it follows the principle we need to fire X employees. No movement are support is provided for the vacancies lying in other vertical or locations. No training on new skills as such environment is created people start looking for job outside. The HR call the employees and ask them to resign else you will be fired.No option so emp has to agree. Very bad environment if you do not know the office politics. They have one International verticals and trust me you cant get worst project and management. They create the fake profile/skills/exp and body shop to different clients maximum high demanding Indian clients(who paid too much) and if you dont survive the fake CV, you are fired.Its a client based company so if client want to use best technology then company starts looking required people. Few team are good and if ur part of that then it is good for you. Depending on client requirement ur job is secure. They conduct trainings so if you have time to join that then u can. I received an email from infogain noida regarding to the job opening in engineering dept.just to confirm about it i sent an email to the hr and asked him about the opening ,.But seriously hrs behaviour is very rude and bad.I asked him about the opening, he said, for this profile we need 3-4 yrs exprnc, i told him that I m having one month less exp and is there any other opening ..his behaviour was very rude nd he disconnected the call. I am working with the company which is very big brand name as compare to infogain and i think hrs mentality is like that if some one called him that he is much needy for the job so thats why he behaved like that.I think infogain should teach their Hr that how to talk and behave properly. Worst expI never recommend anyone to interact with the hr of that compamy
