I was interviewed by this organization. In the beginning the HR was a bit confused in shortlisting my profile. After I got a chance to be interviewed by a manager and a SEO team lead for the position of SEO Team lead, I was rejected by them because of unable to answer few critical and technical questions.My point is that after gaining years of experience in private companies there is not much value given by other organizations if you are unable to answer a few definition for few technical terms. Also very very few organizations spend in learning and development programs for their employees.So there is a huge gap in fitting an employee while recruiting and clearing their standard of recruitment levels. There are very few organization who would train employees according to their job roles and responsibilities so that if they lack in some areas, they are trained to become a better employee for their clients.Overall cracking an interview with proprofs is very tough. They ask typical and critical questions, so be thoroughly prepared before attending an interview with them.

ProProfs is a cool place to work. They have good work environment, light and fun. People keep on coming and going, good resources stay. Thats subjective. Office setup is good.Public convenience is a issue. You need to take uber or the ofc cab.Work wise you can check more on Glassdoor.

My interview was scheduled by the HR of this company but no call came. After reminding of the same, they said that they were busy(Red flag) and asked me to reschedule, so I did(ignoring the red flag). After the interview the status of my interview was not disclosed to me even after sending multiple subsequent mails.The reason Im giving it a 1 star because a company that doesnt value its possible employees time is a company that cannot be trusted to join or work with for that matter. Its unprofessional, unresponsive and has poor value.
