Nice company Environment and ManagementI spent 3 years in my previous and with no growth and promotion. I was regular on updating my skills based on the client’s requirement. I worked hard. And with no client escalations but due to the politics in my last company I have decided to leave the company as that was hampering my work and growth.The first thing I have found good in Impetus is HR people are extremely helpful and supportive. Let’s see what happens in the coming days. But as of now, my decision of joining Impetus is a right decision. I always get the values of my work and ideas. Must recommended.
