Very bad work culture, too much politics in the organization, specifically in testing team.They will hire you for software testing profite, but they gives third class testing, ie accessibility testing that is no useful for the future, simply waste of time,

If you are a developer then it is like a hell, because of no learning, but you will have to spent your 10 average hr. daily. Basically it is a testing based company where you will learn the value of time because you will not have time for yourself. They will provide you pick and drop and you will have to use it 3-4 times in a week. They thought developer is god and he is not permitted to do any mistake. Basically if you are only want to make money then join them.

Just I will say worst experience with interview, hr doing time pass with candidates by doing their job ,their intentions is not to hire.they take interview rounds second round always will be with solution architect ,hr will inform you that this round will be 80% technical and 20% managerial but while interview they will ask you questions of design patterns only and will not ask any questions from your technical skills,just to ease your rejection and to bring down your confidence level and then in 10 min he will finish interview ,which is very unprofessional , unprofessional hr , unprofessional interviewers,I think interview should be recorded every time and should be desclosed to public,Hr should take interview when they need candidate not just to save their jobs .

8 hazar me gadhe ki trah kam krna ho or koi job security na chahiye ho to join kr sakte hai. contract per lete hai or goli dete rahenge ki permanent kr denge but i dont know any one who got permanent here if there is anyone..he or she must be very good with his or her tongue.

Environment is really very good, but they do not assign the work to a right person.. It is the main problem with freshers.Freshers will work on contract basis for 6 months and till that time there is no surety for further working process..

Interview was like uneducated person. Asked irrelevant questions and not any reason to disqualified so they asked HR to convey a message to me that we will consider later. Time wasting

They have a very cooperative environment and transparency is very much there in senior and junior level and provide a great opportunity to showcase your knowledge.

Once u get selected as fresher in this company, they will give u lots of over work and over hours like 12-13 hrs a day without any incentives. They don’t have office time limit to close ur day, if u are given a project to work upon.

One of my friend has given interview in this company. He cleared all the technical rounds and the interviewers were cool with hindi as they were not good enough in English.At the end he went for HR round(telephonic) and she asked on call what person will notice in you appearance wise when he will first meet you? And she asked many irrelevant questions to him.Really appearance matters????HR again said you are not good in English.Why companies waste time of chandidate.Do they need a person with excellent technical skills or they are hiring a technical person for bop and HR.

Went for an interview in this organisation . Despite of having so many candidates the HR round was a breeze . They managed so many candidates in one time that was nice about them . Also the watchman at the entrance was asking for water/tea/coffee to everyone . (y)

Magic Software, eLearning software company, working primarily on hybrid apps and cross platform technology. Nice infra, average place to work with, no rewards, no appreciations, no party, just work. Some teams are good some teams are not good to work. A very mixed kind of environment.

Company on Nice place for easy to commute , very well infrastructure and connectivity , there is lot of positive waves and people around internal work place but more over I suggest if anyone shortlisted then at least show quick turn around for finalized the candidate , you took very long time to think who will perfect and final candidate, lot of time money wasting in process from both sides. Worst interview process. first they let you wait for interview even if you are on time.. Panel were late , unprofessional.. They dont give feedback (atleast have the guts to say yes or no). They say HR will update which never happens. will waste your time. zero star..In interview they ask theoritical silly questions by looking at the CV whatever is written.

On 28/04/2019 i went for interview for QA AUTOMATION profile.They have waited me for 2hrs after that interview process was started. After 2 F2F and 1 written round among 8 candidates i was shortlisted for managerial round.HR told me that they will call me soon but they never call me back.
