Worst Company ever.. Management not cooperative... They hold salaries in the name of FNF payment after doesnt matter your home runs on that salary.. After 3 months they come in actions to do things right when they seen getting some business then they leave you ... I strongly recommend not join this organization ever if you wanna save your career & if you love your family.. If there is curse/boon things in this world then I curse this organization. I was contacted by Chandan Singh for an urgent opening of Python Developer in Noida, UP for a company called Algodoms Media LLP.Their recruitment team is quite unprofessional, and there is no code of ethics followed by their Talent Acquisition / Lead.When they first approached me asking about my details related to my current company, the HR was NOT talking professionally. I told him about the fields in Python as he wasnt sure of himself. He said Django is an optional requirement for Algodoms and I even said couple of times more just to make sure hes confirmed of what hes saying.I still thought of giving it a shot, since it was for their client and the interview was directly with the client. I went from Gurugram to Noida, travelling 50kms and when I called Chandan, he did not answer my calls and client wasnt even aware of my candidature. When I sat there for the first round of Coding, the first question was from Django (which Chandan said it is an optional requirement).Later when I was done with the interview, I tried reaching out to him discussing about how my 3 rounds went with Algodoms, he didnt answer my calls either. Later on I left him a text sharing my concern and how irrelevant the interview was for my domain and how clearly he faked the job description from their client and how much irritating it is when they do NOT answer the calls at the point of interview and this is what his replies:Youre not selected from here. Thanks for showing your attitude.The point is, we all the know the struggle of finding a job in 2020 and people are still trying to fake JOB DESCRIPTION and let the candidate suffer just to make their scores in the company based on How many candidates attended the interview.

Pls dont join there. Specially Souvik from Bangalore and Dhruvananda from Noida they are cheaters. U will never grow if you work there. They wont allow u to grow. Actually I was working in client place and my reporting manager approved for Hike after 1 year but Souvik stopped it for his business motive. They wont give even a single paise hike if you work for a year.

This company is very indecent they hired trainees in bulk and then ask for the Bank guarantee of Rs. 1 lac and at the time of providing training they are mentally harrassing the trainees.The manager working here have a very rude attitude and unprofessional. Alongside HR was also unsupportive.One of the manager in the company is providing his personal work to my child and when my child denys he is taking revenge in form of not proving him any training and staying my child away from the project.My child was working from the past 5 months in this company as a trainee but the manager is not even keen to learn my child ant task.This is really a bad company to work as they have very bad working environment as well from the learning prospect also they provide very less pay.Past few days ago one child working as a trainee with this company has committed a suicide as this peoples were treated him like a slave.I recommended not to join this company if you as a parents want to keep your child safe from being your child getring mentally ill.

This is totally fraud and liar company. Anita Negi (Manager), Dhruvananda Singh Gour, Sandeep Kumar (Resource executive), Dharmendra Rawat and Aadya Tiwari (Hr), these people are very liars, fake and deceit. They hired me on third party payroll for TCS client. They asked many documents like all employment details, background details as well as all bank statement an more. After providing the all documents they forced me that send the Resignation mail of your current company. But I did not resign, I dropped the resignation after getting the offer letter from this company, that is enough but the verification is going on. Every day, some documents were given to him. Let me give you a document like this. This is too much irritating for me.But I did and gave all required documents because of the TCS or nothing else. Before some days of my joining they called me and said Please revoke your resignation I could not verify your documents. I asked the reason why it is not verified they did not give the any reason. Then I said why you send offer letter to me before completing the all verification process? This is your fault not mine. Then they said very easily, yes you can take legal action against this. They was not ashamed. Those people are playing with your career.Resource team have no common sense totally nonsense.Dear Anita Negi maam, How did you become a Manager?. When you dont know about the basis of the bank statement, How will it prove that xyz company is fake or not. Your team doesnt not know the process of bank statement verification. I think you and your team need to get more upgrades.Please do not join this company. I want to block such a company that plays with someones career.

JKTs training services are extremely pathetic, few employees of company are big zero on commitment and have arrogant behavior. They contact freelancer trainers and promise them to provide training opportunities and when time comes, they dont even pick calls or revert them easily making fool of others. Pity on employers to have such employees associated with them.

JKT is not only a totally pathetic company but also have extremely low standard of commitments & nil on professionalism, they say something and they do something bizarre and the worst part is that they their employees from training & development team who look after freelancer trainers are worthless n Indian citizens should be careful when reached out by them. They act as thieves too because they take away ur training materials too and never give you assignments
