I am writing this review after being here for almost 3.5 years. First of all no company deserves 1 rating, so if you see any rating with 1 star, you are smart enough to judge, not company but the person.Now coming to the actual review points. Again I am not writing here pros or cons since reviews can only be based on ones perspective.People will support you here and help you grow but equally you will have to work hard to match the standards. I dont know about others, but I have learnt a lot from the organisation. I have got enough confidence to achieve anything in life. If you believe in your skills, dont hesitate.

Toxic environment. They hire in bulk to fire.. out of 10-15 peoples only 1,2 will survive.Job security - 0Mentors - 0Management- 0Management will only listen your problems if you are the favorite person.

I have completed all rounds still do not recieve any response.Time wasting process my suggestion do not apply in this company.

I have clear 3 round but they did not reapond yet for the next round......i hate that kind of HR

Wrost ever company i have seen in my career.They dnt have any sense to talk with there employees.

Dont join that office they fire you without any region and without any information.Very very bad company in Noida Sector 62 near Electronic cityIf you are girl then dont go there if u r going then join at your own risk because the male employe behaviour is very bad.

They just waste time of candidate by conducting an interview.And if got selected they put their salary issues.I interviewed there on the basis of third party payroll but when I got selected they said we like to hire you direct with notice period of three months and with the package less than I expected . They waste my one day. They took 5 hour of hiring process and as result showed what they actually are!!! I wanted to get hire with payroll company as they have good name in the market and good polices too. But Optimus had wasted my time by setting their own conditions.

Connectivity to this place is good. Rates are a bit higher. You may loose ball in hindon.

They force to employers to post the good reviewNot supportive and not helpfulToo much expectation from freshers. If you have any problem or doubt, so you have to google it and find the solution for it.Learning is based on your Google search capabilities and with that capability, you have to complete your work with given time.They hire to fire without any reason.

Good place for Freshers to work

Its only for Fresher. Would not recommend if you have experience more than 1 to 1.5 year.

Good company , you guys can learn a lot but , the fact is they are not going to pay u guys as u deserve , i dont who is behind this company management or HR , they will take the interview and after every round , as per the performance of yours in interview we can go with this figure , and at last they will give u only 15% on yours previous salary . Are they buying vegetables , I would like to say HR please dont ever participate if management is playing all this game .

Good company with friendly people. The entrance itself speaks for the company itself and they have kept everything very professional.

Get well Soon FAAAAAKEEEEE optimus and stop playing with genuine aspirantsDont go for an interview its better to sell foods in a marketI left the interview even though i have cleared first two rounds as well.The worst organisation i had ever interacted in my life.The worst HR staff with so much ridiculous behavior and no etiquette at all.Fake company for them your past work was just clerical (even though you have an experience of 2-3 year of a big MNC.All they want to make you feel so embarrass so that they can offer you very less salary.Optimus Information- you need to change your staff or atleast teach them how to behave and act as an HR (especially the guy who used to take accounts technical interview).

Its on the 6th floor, work culture is good . its totally systematic.
