Its really a very bad company... They simply conduct interviews and says that it has been cleared but u have to wait for some time.... But when u confirm after 15-20 days... They provides no response at all.... After few days they again ask me to wait for some time.A person who is wasting time and money in reaching there is not a fool.... Atleast he deserves the feedback... Do not go for the interviews in this company....

We are a coaching center and we have been using their system for quite some months now.One major problem with there system is, that I believe that the softwares they are using are quite outdated, and also, the system is quite heavy and cumbersome when we use.Moreover, we need to conducts tests for Physics, Mathematics for 11th 12th. And uploading the data becomes are very huge task.Tests on desktop are good. Tests on mobile, suffers with many glitches time to time.The best part is, whenever we call them, whenever we tell them to help us in some manner, the service is prompt. The after sales support is great.! Whatever we want, they supply.!So, concluding, they need to upgrade there systems typically. And they have good team. Technically sound and socially open.I will give them four stars. I had many problems. I feel the system improves day by day. I hopeful of the team.

They are having a decade of experience in stressing their employees maintaining 1st rank in being the most worst company for anyone.There are NO Pros in the company, Please dont let your career sank in the sea of losers.Poor management. One of the relative keep abusing management and company so he can get to know the feeling of other toward company and will let the management know about it. He keep on saying he will leave the company but never leaves .This is mandatory to have a relative in all teams. So they can have all the info from inside. No work pressure cause they dont have any work. Yet they pretend there is so much work. People are resigning with the avg of 5 employees per month. AND THREE MONTHS NOTICE PERIOD for NON RELATIVES.2 cup of tea per employee (YOU CANT GET MORE)POOR POLICIES ( Keep on changing as per the requirement MA COMPANY MA RULES)LOW PACKAGESPOOR MANAGEMENTCTO is like principal keep roaming and keep on crying WHAT ARE YOU DOING to allHe stands at the gate At 7 and keep asking guys You leaving on time You must not have any workThe CTO simply need to consult a doctor for sure, He is total freak 12-14 hours of working yet you will be abused for no reason. These guys are allergic to logic and intelligence seriously.

Guys dont go for the interview. This company is doing fake promises. They send me joining letter. before one day of joining they again ask me for the interview with MD. What company take another interview round after receiving the joining. And then they revoke my joining letter before the one day left for the joining. Please dont go their for the interview.

Bcz of Junior Mr. M Gosw Blessings (Baba ji ki)HR are just like puppets.The good guy is Mr. Ank but tries to become boss, because he cant be a leader. Managers are like Hndoo & Abhij. Hndoo is over rated but good at heart. Abhijeet is DGM, but dont know value of its team members and even i dont know who has made him DGM and Got hat trick in terms of employees leaving his team within a month.End of story : third class,, sorry sorry, fourth class company with no ethics, no culture, no values.

No best reason to work in this organization, the worst company i have ever seen in my life, they are clueless, endless especially the BAs and the CTO, no learning, never join this company, they people are worst, and yes it a best place to invite a stress in your happiness life because they people will try there best to wont live u a happy life.2. Inhuman behavior. This I am telling by my experience. I got sick in my notice period and asked manager for leave. He said you cant take leave in notice period. I got admitted to hospital after few days and when I came back they extended my notice period for those days when I was in hospital.3. Unnecessary staying late in office. Manager will always keep you stay late in office even if the timeline for the work is after some days. Even after staying till 12-1 in office at night, you have to arrive on time next day otherwise your half day salary is gone.4. Senseless people. Everybody is shouting at each other. No professionalism.5. HR doesnt help you in any matter. Not even one. They are just puppets of top management.6. Daily policy changes. They change their policies very frequently according to their benefits. They are never concerned about their employees. If any policy benefits any employee, they will change it. Be it notice period or office timings or whatever.P.S: Mr. Khandelwal consult a doctor IMMEDIATELY!

No Development/testing standard.- Notice period 3 months- No salary increament- Most of employe on same packeg- Apresial policiy 1 year and inreament only 10 percent- Alternet saturday off. May be in future only sunday will be off.- You will authorise leave policy after complete 1 year successfuly. You can take only 4 SL and 4 CL before completion of 1 year. After 1 year you will have only 15 leave.- Only you can take only 2 cup of tea- No cab facilitiesSo I am seriously saying please dont join this company in future.
