I purchased a cuboid ceiling fan through Amazon and it had a fault. Since repeated attempts to get through to customer care failed, I lodged a complaint on Halonix web site but was very apprehensive if I would get any response. To my pleasant surprise the defect was promptly attended to and resolved within 24 hours. Good show and keep it up Halonix. I now only hope the product performs reliably as claimed.
