This is my current company and it is a really great for learning. One will learn a lot in jis working period here..

Their recruitment process have 3 round in first two round they asked questions from related profile i.e.manaul testing for which they have vacancy but in last VP round they asked me automation even I have clearly mentioned in earlier round that I dont have knowledge for automation.

Cavission is very good for fresher to start new carrier.I have been working at cavisson for 5 month and its been great so far. Went for interview there. Interviewers were themselves clueless on what to ask and even I seriously doubt there technical capabilities. What I can figure out the way they take interview is they want some one to hire who agrees to whatever they say.Office resembled like my old school where there were benches row wise and on each bench 10 ,12 people sit. No concept of cubicle lol.I do not have anything against them but because of negative vibes which I felt there, I would recommend people to check , confirm everything before joining

I never get chance to being a part of Cavisson Systems. But I have multiple friends who working with Cavisson Systems last 3-6 year and I found that it is a excellent company. And especially for fresher.

Why One Star ..?1) 80 Student attend in Interview, No one Selected.2) Aptitude Test is Hard, But all selected & all rejected in second Round.3) No any protocol or Rule regulation.4) Company location is not too good.

Pros:Very good first salary hike.Great work culture now (After certain policy changes during my stay)Onsite opportunities are there but limitedGreat for freshers willing to enrich their knowledge in Performance testing and have a career out of it.Highly inspiring company heads graduated from the most reputed institutions of India.Cons:Very Low salary pay during training period (Probably the daily wages labour in the nearby factories earn more than us)No proper training and it hardly takes a month or two for completion but is stretched till 6 months time period with same low salary pay.No much innovation or performance engineering upgrades, no usage of latest/popular technologies and practices.P.S. Working in the client teams would be worth it.

Pros: good learning opportunity.Cons: worst work culture anyone can think of.

Not much to talk about office but calm and good positive vibes.

Total waste going there. Please be prepared for the apti test as its doesnt matter you are goung for admin, hr, sales or other non technical profile they will reject you on the basis of apti only.
