Best infrastructure for job preference

This place is quiet far from metro station. No public transport available. Only way to travel is private card or cabs. Do not attempt to go by auto as they might no let be safe. Regardless of transport this place is quiet crowded during weekdays and seems like a ghost house during weekends.

So , I went there a while ago for interview purpose. And according to me this company is good for fresher to start with . They give you alot of training to get polish.If you are going for INTERVIEW please have a day for it. Because its gonna be time consuming for you . I have seen people who came in the morning near around 10-11 am and waiting for result till 4-5 pm .And some what same happened with me . I have wait till 8 pm on my interview day .So go be prepared.Thing you must have is GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS and GOOD ENGLISH.

Not a good place to work. Unprofessional management and work environment. HR people are useless and never approachable. No clear policies, always focus on cost reduction. Poor infrastructure and lack of facilities. Employees never paid well unless youre playing a political game with management.

Good for beginners to learn, grow and start your base.

One of the most cost cutting company which even cant provide air condition transport to his employees even in summer, and cuts the salary for transport charges. Many employees are just passing their time.

4 starI gave 4 star as this organisation is a perfect place for fresher who want to start their career and learn something for sometime. They provide many facilities like lean and six sigma, process training associated with onshore customer. Great workplace environment , integrity on workplace which makes employees confident and skillful at workplace. Splendid infrastructure like cafeterias, atm, gym, training rooms, process floor and many things. Extra activities indoor as well as outdoor makes employees relax and silent. But apart from these things one has to suffer for promotion very much. If you work more than 9 hours or shift timings then you can expect promotion which is not guaranteed. For promotion be ready to give 10-11 hours on daily basis and forget any festival.

Good company to start with. I have worked for the company for 9.5 years. But when I went on Maternity leaves and Rejoined the company, no one supported me. Higher authority people make some very good and attractive policies like -Returning Mon policy. But it is only for show off. Company issued bench letter and kick of Returning Mom. Need to be more supportive instead of show off only. Pathetic experience after giving 9.5 years of my life.
