Tried to make a deal here, but not convinced after investing so much time and effort. Sales personnel made so many hypothetical promises just to lure us into a really bad purchase. When asked if everything you have promised will be in the agreement, started behaving strange. They want customers who can just throw their money without a question. If you start asking some good questions, they just cant handle it. Just keep in mind, Dont expect honesty if you are visiting. Not in a position to comment what quality they are delivering to the customer.

This is the 2nd time when I feel non. Responsive behaviour of Bhutani Infra team .Previously one of the Team leader called me for the interview in thier office and he was not present their and Hr has no idea about this, and even after so many days passed, that senior did not response for my reminder messages. And again this time I went for the interview in different site of bhatani infra, I have to wait for more than 2 hrs and finally one person came and took interview with in 15 mints and told me the company policies for the employees which is not at all a long term policy. Company is hiring professionals just for temporary basis. I feel its better to join some Channel partner rather working directly for bhutani Infra group.

It is a No. 1 fraudulent company. I have an investment in a project of this company in Noida through Square Yard. After the investment, I realized that the investment plan on paper looks good at a glance, but in reality the Bhutanese group is only profiting by doing business with our money. So I decided to give up the property and immediately inform the marketing company (Square Yard) of my intention to return my hard earned money as soon as possible. I have been unemployed for the last eight months and it has become very difficult for me to run a family at the moment. I have requested the Bhutanese group to pay my dues in various ways but they have not listened to me. Just wasting time without taking any action. I signed all the relevant paperwork like Avidivit for the process.The company has no customer service and welfare facilities. They only know how to make money and these projects are being continued by some political leaders. Those who do not have any sense of humanityRecent update on my post...Someone from the company has requested to send my number so that he can discuss further with me. In my reply I will say please find my name from their system and call Mr. Ankit Bhattacharya of Square Yards for the details of my case.
