1.Interview Process : Very effective and efficient2. 1 day(4-5)hrs max is required for the whole process.3. Hr is very helpful and supportive4. In training they train you from scratch and after 6 months you will be working on 2-3 projects minimum5. Infrastructure is great6. I applied there on 26 sep20 for HR Recruiter role, then they call me for virtual interview with HR-Megha Rathore on 8 oct 20. She continues gave me situation problem for HR Operation role and question related to that only i don’t know why & I understand you don’t have time to give feedback to your candidates, but u can pick up the call . I called them thousands times even mailed them but i got no reply from her. ... they don’t have time to revert to appliers but have time to comment on low ratings 🤣

Not sure about the company but worst hiring process.. first round they will take both technical and personal interview on the same day they will take practical round after you selected for 2nd round again they will take technical and personal interview for 2 long hours and after that they will mail you that you are not selected.. The fun part is why are they regecting some one whom you have selected on the first round after practical test.. You will be asked at least 500 questions like you are giving viva test.. they will judge you on some google basic pattern questions not by your work quality.. I was giving interview for a graphic designer post.. I am a 7 years experienced designer and they judge me on some silly of page technical question and wasted my 2 days... Pathetic hiring process and interviewers.. Guys don;t waste time here you deserve best.. I am working in a big marketing agency and i had a smooth hiring process over there best of luck.

For freshers this is a great option as you get a lot of grooming in initial stage which is very important, aslo the leaders of this company are extremely down towards and the best part is that everyone is treated equal.On other hand the Technical and Sales and HR together bring out the best form of Cloud Analogy.

Worst company.They make a bond signed from you for 2 yr.And then you have to relocate within 10 KM.You are simply buying a person .NO ONE CAN FROM OTHER LOCATION CAN JOIN YOUR COMPANY. WHY! RELOCATION IS IMP.worst ! HR has pointed out me out, when my parents doesnt allow me to relocate. I dont know why my parents said yes first and then they denied to relocate. Thank god they denied .Worst policy, every policy here is just to cut the salary , if you forget to punch in , they cant make it manually.

I gave interview for Software developer profile last week. The interview process was easy and smooth ,they will ask you basic programming question. I cleared all the interview rounds but my experience of HR Round was not good. The Senior HR was an OLD, FAT and ILLETERATE WOMEN. I dont how they can keep 45 yr old lady as an HR. She was checking my communication skills but believe me she was asking all the questions in hindi herself. They should improve their HR communication skills .I was not able to understand what she wants to ask me because of her pathetic English.Otherwise all an all it was an average experience.

Completly wastage of time . Wait for interview 2 hours in the office than an unmature hr comes & ask questions who dont have knownladge about basic things ...Dont go there to waste your valuable time .

Wrost company ever I seen, i joined as fresher on 02/04/2018, the process of this company, they will take test after 21 days, they dont even check the solution and fire, and select their loved once.Now I am working in one of the recognized MNC.

Fake company guys dont go for interview theyll signed 2 years bond, they took 2-3 days to complete their interview rounds, if you have extra time to waste then go ahead otherwise stay away from this company, work environment id pathetic, there is no proper chair for employees, and the most important things at any company is workplace should be clear and energetic but i found unprofessionalism atmosphere.
