Unprofessional management of interview process- They reach interviwee and take multiple rounds (2 coding, 1 technical) 3-days process- Then they align US panel for final interview, Even the pannel was very happy with the interview (except a senior guy that I came to know later)- 1st they try negotiating salary- they say they will release offer on Monday- Then they say that Senior guy from US pannel dont need person from xyz domain experienceMy question : Why dont you guys sync with your management and why do you waste others time ??
It seems to be a good potential company.Location is fine, next to Amity. Office looked good like small MNCs.Little gap in HRs professionalism, hope they understand a professionals time is important.BEWARE: the stability is a big question! They are trying to implement big tech company culture, but there is no focus on India as of now.
