After Cracking the interview they will not give offer latter in many cases.

This organization is very different in terms of policy and system.1. You will get a 5 minutes of induction at the end of first day of joining2. You will be hired on bench3. You have to struggle to get a project4. Even anyone can tag you any of the project and later on after client round they will untagged you from project without any information. So anyone can tag you on any project and they can detag you at any time without any intimation5. No one will take any responsibility to help you out, In cg you will be only person to help yourself6. No one will respond you at anytime with any query7. They dont have a proper portal with Good UI.

It is a company campus, not a public place. As an organization, I recommend Capgemini to all. But make your own conclusions as a lot depends on your role, capability, project, function, delivery center you are joining.

Bad experience with the company.HR recruiter of the company called me regarding the job change.I have spent a lot of time in 3 slots for all the interview rounds and as per my last round taken by the manager I cracked all the round. Infrastructure, interior and exterior designing are awesome it looks almost precious building in Noida.Lets come to the point, this company hires the candidate who know foreign languages like, French and all that and offer a good package to the candidates. Security staffs, senior employees and HR treat very politely to their clients and subordinates.

This is a good place with amount of people ..this office is located in NSEZ with lots of greenery around. Nice and very quite place..a park is also there to hang around with colleague and friends, canteens are also available in day time ..if you are working in nights shifts then better you carry foods and snacks with you or depend on your office...you can get tea till 2:30 am..after this you are your own or on office.

No visitor parking. Poor entry process. In first look it seems a poor facilitate company as in UP.

I was there for position of #SLF, which is related to computer operator work. And there i gave typing test with 43wpm with 90% accuracy. Just bcoz of that Im result awaiting candidate they refuse to give me that position. U(Campgemini) will regret to losing one of the finest person. By the way place was very long distance from the #NSEZ metro station. My building was where the hiring/interview going on is Tower B.

Its an IT based company with some share in BPO industry. This company is good to start with. Packages are good but promotions are tough, Facilities are nice, Both side transportation provided, Meal at subsidies rates. Overall a good experience 👍

It is workplace filled with varied individuals from different areas of Delhi NCR.The place is quite warming and cosy atmosphere as a workplace .There are two towers A & B both having their seperate cafeteria having on an average 2-5 food/snacks vendors.

Overall campus is good but from entrance of nsez campus its 15-20 mins walk. You easily get rickshaws from entrance. Capgemini campus is too huge and we have gym there too...in cafeteria you get variety of food at genuine prices.
