Been scammed. Watch out! They were spamming us with their awesome programming abilities and website designing, in 2017...We ordered a mobile app and new store 2 years ago. Nothing really complicated especially since they said it would be easy and be done in 2 months.We paid for the app and website, they started working on it for the first year in a wrong direction, they went on just redesigning our old website instead of doing the new one based on the new website order form that we filled up for them including new feature and different architecture especially... This sheet was never respected nor followed and the wrong website they made was never functional nor completed either... it was just quick mock ups..We kept telling them to look at that requirements doc until they finally realised after 1 year. Then asked us to pay a bit more because they were dealing with issues. Their employees would always quit and they were always changing staff and interlocutors, programmers would work on a page, then problems would arise and all the work had to be started again.They asked me to pay extra which i did.They delivered a demo of the app we asked which was so bad in terms of design, look and features that they even forgot to incorporate the key feature that we wanted this app designed for... We told them to stop that app development as they obviously couldnt do it. It was pathetic sadly...Then we just asked them to complete the site according... This never happened after 1 more year of waiting and never ending excuses. They quickly told me that refund/cancellation wasnt an option since they were broke and could afford to refund us.Since then, we worked with our team of unprofessional people and created our own website just like we wanted in less than 3 weeks... ourselves... They took 2 years and couldnt deliver anything. Not even a refund. I went on their facebook page to contact them with a Hello and got blocked instantly. So here i am.Their offers are cheap, but honestly i think its just a total scam. Just dont waste your time with these people.
