Worst Company Ever, might give you an offer letter but will not give joiningGuys, never believe on the offer letter provided by Birlasoft. This company is not trustworthy and may ruin your Career. I got an offer in 2011 and my joining date was 2 Aug, 2011 but they keep extending it by 1-2 months, I kept following up with HR but even after an year (2012), Birlasorf didnt give me joining. So, unfortunately if you got an offer from Birlasoft, keep trying to join another company, dont wait for Birlasoft.Please dont give Offer Letter to the people if you cant afford them to join.Also, HR should have etiquette to respond to a persons query regarding the joining or should have courage to inform about the scenario rather than keep them waiting.

Great place to work, World class infrastructure..

Nice Company with professional and cooperative staff, but not a good HRs.I went on to interview, cleared 2 rounds. HR told me that you have 1 more round but panel is not available. So, will take a telephonic round.I said okay, but after few days HR called me and told me that you have to come again for last round. And that too between 2 days and please confirm time. So, i said i will revert you with available timing. But she didnt revert back.

This is such beautiful office and most of facilities are available ! Good infrastructure, great view, good food, great branding !However transportation is the only problem here. Either you should have your own car or you need to take a cab, rest all of things are perfect for a corporate office.

Already posted another review on Birlasoft which is located at sector 63, This one office is even bigger and beautiful. Lots of space they have taken on lease. Shopping mall like environment is out there. Cafeteria is compact in size.The only concern is over here is the place is very remote. Either you have to book a cab or your own vehicleWell there is another choice, tavel by bus, but it will leave you on Yamuna expressway, from there you have to walk 20 min.

Good company.. have night shift also..10% variable of ur CTC policy in company..

Good Building and ambience - number of meeting rooms, training rooms and auditorium as well. Very good cafeteria as well.

Birlasoft is Awesome company....We Went there for our shooting of E-Vidya programme launched by #Birlasoft and The members of birlasoft treated as very nicely..

Located nearby Noida Greater Noida expy, its a great organization in mid sized category. After the recent merger with KPIT technologies, Pune it has gone public in the share markets.

Not a profession, they dont give value of time, wasted full day.. they dont have any requirement just playing a game with candidate and consultancy.HR is also unprofessional.If there is option for zero stat i can give, but there is not possible.
